more of a prison than school no sympathy for struggling parents with rules that dont make sense and no co operation especially the new head making his own rules that dont work and just cause chaos .would be better called chaos academy suited
The most dreadful school I’ve every heard of, students having to ask for a key to use the toilets and giving the option to either rip off acrylic nails or be excluded for 5 days.
Pupils of Woodkirk Academy walk up Dewsbury Road to school every morning.There is a ninety years old neighbour of ours who lives on the road and likes to sit at the window to watch the pupils pass. Many children are seen waving to her and now as it is nearing Christmas some of the children are knocking at her door to deliver a christmas present. and many children perhaps 20 children at a time. All I would like to say is great respect to them all and reflects well on Woodkirk Academy thank you so much.
Brilliant school, with diversity , promotes equality, discipline and most importantly good grades! My form teacher at the time drTozcek really helped me achieve good grades and i am a pharmacist today!! Highly recommend x
The senior members of the sixth form care not for the students and only care the grades. They only care for the schools reputation, applying so much pressure in year 12 alone. Even in year 13 they have amazingly been able to make it worse, with them applying even more pressure on us. My strong advice is to not allow your children to go here!
