   I cannot speak highly enough of the customer service that Amy provided recently to ensure that flowers were delivered to friends of ours after the shop had shut. Amy went out of her way to deliver the flowers on her way home - via her son's school - thereby ensuring that our friends were at home when the flowers were delivered. Awesome service to deliver beautiful flowers ;-) Simply excellent and marks Diddybox out as a true exponent of real customer service. Try them!!!!!!!!

   This place is AMAZING!! Would definitely order from here again, rang up last minute for some get well soon flowers explained to the lady what sort of colours I’d want and how much I wanted to spend. They put together a beautiful bouquet with vibrant bright colours and had them delivered within an hour!! I was shocked to receive a thank you message off my sister in law with in an hour of placing the order. Excellent service over the phone and super over all ! Thank you Diddybox ☺️

   I was horribly let down by M&S on the eve of Mothers’s Day (see Facebook etc for their shocking customer service to me and countless others) so I called The Diddybox team Saturday lunchtime, expecting sympathy but a “too late”. But they were amazing. Not only did they have a great selection but they arranged next day delivery with no fuss at all. This morning my mother in law received a beautiful, scented bouquet around breakfast time. Perfect. Great service. Amazing flowers. Lifesavers!
