Parents Paradise in Watford really is a hidden gem. There is plenty of comfortable seating and lots of safe, open space for children of all ages to play and explore freely. The food and snack options are excellent, catering for everyone from babies through to adults. There is also ample parking. It is also very reassuring to see that the team clean between sessions, as well as their regular weekly cleans. A wonderful place for families, and one I would highly recommend.

Party booking for my child. The booking process was easy as it was online. In the couple of weeks building up to the party I received an email with clear instructions of what is needed next and the last bits were finalised. The day of the party was dealt with so well. I was kept informed throughout of the timings without it being overbearing and the children had a fabulous time. As a parent of the birthday child it was a stress free party from start to finish. All of the staff were friendly and answered any questions we had. Only thing I would say to improve is the temperature of the place. As it was winter the system was blowing very warm air everywhere which was warm for the adults who were just standing around therefore would have been too hot for the children who are running around. Overall I recommend booking a party here if you want to be able to enjoy the party yourself and not be stressed.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Five Stars It was my first time visiting Softplay with my 15-month-old, and I was pleasantly surprised! The area was spacious, clean, and not overcrowded at all. I loved that they had separate sections for different age groups — including a special area just for little ones up to 18 months. Everything was well supervised. One of the staff members was especially attentive, always making sure the older kids didn’t wander into the baby area and that everyone followed the rules. It made the experience feel very safe and respectful for everyone. The whole place was spotless, the vibe was great, and even the food was good! I also really appreciated that we didn’t need to pre-book — we just walked in, and for the whole family, it was only £11.50 for a two-hour slot, which is amazing value. Overall, it was a wonderful experience — clean, well-organized, and welcoming. I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

We celebrated my son’s 3rd birthday at Parents Paradise. Everything from the booking process to the party on the day was great! The staff were attentive and helpful throughout. The set up and the party area was great. The parents enjoyed the variety of drinks on offer from the cafe and the kids absolutely loved the food! It’s a lovely venue for kids parties- takes away all the stress from the hosting parents!

I don’t ever do reviews of places but after visiting today, I just had to. I was so impressed! 3 separate play areas, young babies, under 5’s and over 5’s. So adventurous and big compared to other places. There was so much to do, it was so clean compared to most soft play centres. I was super impressed to see such a large amount of highchairs available also I saw staff wiping them down and and the tables with anti bacterial! The food was reasonably priced too, for adults and kids. Lord of baby food pouches and snacks, also a microwave (only for baby food) and bottle warmer on site. Ever single staff member I spoke to was super friendly and attentive. Really really impressed. This place is doing something right! Deffo will be coming here from now on

An already brilliant venue is now even better. They’ve added lots of great new things to the play area that keep the kids entertained for ages. There are some great football targets on the football pitch, there is a brilliant climbing wall downstairs which my son loved and there is a really fun reaction game right in the middle. By far the favourite place for our kids when it comes to a day out. Food and staff are as brilliant as they have always been as well. Would highly recommend

I just think Parents Paradise is a brilliant place to have a party. It is safe and secure and the party hosts for our daughters party were brilliant. It's also very clean and the food is fantastic. I am really pleased with it. Before the pandemic there were talks about a membership for soft play, I hope they reconsider this.

One of the cleanest play areas I’ve ever attended. Two separate play areas for over5s and under 5s, a great cafe with a large selection of kid-friendly healthy snacks and hot foods, as well as nice coffee and pizzas for parents to enjoy. Can get quite crowded but while visiting during the early hours there were enough tables and couches for everyone. Couldn’t find my child in the maze and staff member was very quick to react sympathetically and help find him.

Good range of food at a reasonable price but mostly greasy spoon type. Huge facility with various different climbing frames for different age ranges, go karting, side rooms for parties and computers for the kids to play on. Good to see facilities available for plastic recycling. 2 hour slots offer a decent amount of playtime too.
