Quick to get in. Good security. Bag and metal arch check. No food and drink allowed. 3 bars easy to get severed, range of soft drinks and got drinks as well as alcohol. Space to mingle sit before seated. Great venue check online history acoustics, film scores recorded etc. 2 sections of banked seating and flat floor, this concert seated. Flip seats comfortable enough leg room to stand dance. Wide gangways. Drinks in recyclable cups which able to take into venue and leave after to be recycled. Air con of some sort certainly not hot. Sound and mix excellent. Simple quick to exit, obvious que to buy merchanise. Live local but short walk to met tube of junction over ground and local taxi rank. Short walk to local parade and high street wide range of food venues. This gig Hothouse Flowers very energetic, great band lead man on keyboards performer

I visited for the 1st time in Nov 25, interested to see it after the refurb. As a venue it was OK. But BE AWARE BAR a rip off !! If you request a short their policy is to serve you doubles and charge you doubles . I had a single G&T in a small plastic cup and a small cup of lemonade and was charged £15.50!!! Even though I had asked for a single as told the bartender I was driving that evening. I questioned the price , she said £11.50 for G&T knowingly having given me a single shot. £4 for a small plastic cup of lemonade. FYI within their prices they charge for use of their plastic cups!! We didn't see any signage around the bar of their policy so reported them to Western Licensing. As how many patrons leave the venue over the limit and drive home unaware they've been served doubles . Shocking . And what a rip off policy. Also their security on entering was so unnecessarily OTT, we've experienced an easier time going through airport security even London venues . They insisted I couldn't enter with half a pack of fruit pastilles and a 50ml bottle of water!! Talk about a shoddy 1st experience! Contacting the manager at the venue , he's clearly out for maximising profits, I'd say ripping off customers. I wasn't offered even a refund for being overcharged. Bar area nowhere really to sit to enjoy your drinks.

Friendly staff and security bar one mismog. Give someone a uniform eh...! Charming looking building outside. Lovely building inside. Recently revamped. Bar prices were fair. No large queues. Large seating area outside of stage area. Large standing area. Not the best acoustics here., perhaps it was the bands sound engineer making a bit of a pigs ear of it. Shall give the venue the benefit of doubt on that one.

A great space for concerts. Saw the Stranglers and Skids on the night. Car parking at Gade 24hr car park quite close. Accessible for wheelchairs. A security arch was at entrance. No food on the night and beer wasn't all that either. Bands were great though.

The newly refurbished colosseum was worth the wait. A delightful venue with many great events to look forward to. Bar prices seemed high which was the only negative to my first night with a concert by the BBC Concert Orchestra

My 1st visit to this iconic venue and it didn't disappoint. We went to see Ben Fogle talking about his life experiences which was excellent. A little wait at the bar service but friendly service. The stage is nice and high for a clear view from any seat. Lovely visit.

Incredible venue for Live music. Had the honour of playing violin on stage here and the accoustics are world-class.

This is a very lovely charming venue. Has a lot of character.Seating at the rear where the seats are tiered are great. Compact and quaint venue. Enjoyable. Great bar with good bites.

Easy to find with a drop off zone off the dual carriageway. Parking is behind the building but you have to pay on any day at any time (£2.50 on Sunday evening). Poor queuing system. Good range of drinks at the bar outside the auditorium but a little expensive naturally. Seats are basic but quite comfortable.

Thanks to Jane Kirk and the team at Watford Colosseum for the use of their wonderful facilities in The Forum, where we held our A Little Bit Of Google Goes A Long Way workshop last week. The Forum was perfect for our needs, with a great technical team on hand for any problems. Nothing was too much trouble and the coffee was really good! A great venue to hire out for workshops and conferences, thoroughly recommend. Many thanks from Team Mustard
