Just like everyone says John is extremely professional. Turned up exactly when he said he would and was very prompt at answering emails. The bouncy castle was fantastic ans really made our 4 year olds birthday party
Highly recommend Bouncy Apple. We hired a Princess bouncy castle for our daughter's birthday party in a church hall. The castle arrived early, clean and great quality and worked a dream during the party. Then pack up was quick and easy as well. I didn't catch the name of the man who set up and picked up the castle but he was really friendly, kind and lovely to our children who were running around and trying out the castle as we were setting up for the party. Thank you and would not hesitate to use you again for future parties.
Due to unexpected circumstances my booked castle was cancelled a couple of days before my daughter's party and had to rush to get an alternative supplier. I ended up finding Bouncy Apple and I can only have kind words as they responded quickly and everything worked smoothly on the event day. I would definitely repeat with them
John is so incredibly kind, patient and reliable. He was so quick to respond to my (endless) questions. The Paw Patrol castle was sooo much fun. The perfect 3 year old party surprise. John made the experience seamless and positive for all. I really appreciated it and would recommend his company to anyone!

Spellbounding. I was going to get the soft play set, but the venue said no to inflatables. I asked john for the ball pit and then a mix of rockers and tunnels to make it just as fun. He came up with a wonderful combination as below with some lovely lighting. I was blown away by how amazing it looked, the children (1-6) all equally enjoyed it. It was so good even the adults didn't want to leave! It was also set up and cleared away quickly and efficiently. I can't thank John enough!
