Incredible nursery with staff who truly care about the children. I moved my little boy from another nursery and I am so thankful I did. North Leeds Community Nursery is the most lovely environment, they cook healthy meals and have so many seasonal and creative activities. They've guided us on potty training, dropping naps and so much more. I can't recommend this nursery enough.

We've been sending our little girl here since she was 9 months old and have always had such a fantastic experience with the nursery, from the sunshine room to the rainbow room! They offer a wide variety of areas for the kids to play, and regularly have themed weeks and special events. The staff are so wonderful and caring. It's really reassuring to know you're leaving your child with them all. Couldn't recommend enough!

Our daughter has attended North Leeds Community Nursery since she was 16 months. We absolutely love this nursery. The resources and educational provision in both the Sunshine room (baby) and Rainbow room (Toddlers/preschool) are fantastic. Lots of different and creative ways of engaging the children through play. They also have a committee which you can join and run regular events throughout the year. There is a very low staff turn over, staff are all friendly and welcoming. The level of care given to the children is exceptional.

Unprofessional,, even after my son left they still haven't transferred information to his new nursey 4 weeks after I asked them too! Which they Need. I've never known a nursery like it. I wouldn't send my kids hear. I could go on about this nursery and all the problems. But send your child hear to find out yourself.

This nursery is outstanding! I can't recommend it highly enough. It is a not for profit nursery, all the funds going back into the nursery and this really comes across in all aspects of the running of it. For example, my son who was very premature took a while to get used to being away from me, and they gave him three months of settling in sessions - I don't know of any other nursery that would do that. Another example is the excellent quality and selection of food. My daughter has food allergies and they cater amazingly for her. The staff are superb - friendly, nurturing, knowledgeable and they provide such a great variety of activities for the kids. They are big on books and creative learning which is important to me. They also prepare them very well for school, I say this from experience with my son who started in reception this year. This nursery is a hidden gem, maybe not as widely known as the more alternative nurseries in Leeds such as Steiner or Montessori,but I would choose North Leeds Community Nursery over them any day!

This is a really wonderful nursery, it's being going for over 30 years and is a 'not - for profit' organistation, so all the fees go back into the nursery. The staff are long-standing and really caring and the environment is really just lovely. The food is fantastic and the level of stimulus for the children is brilliant.
My daughter went here for a number of years and absolutely loved it - I really recommend this nursery, as a parent!
