   Took 4 grandchildren to see Beauty and the Beast on Saturday 6th December. The auditorium was half full, but the company brought such energy and confidence that no one noticed! All the singing and dancing was generous 8/10, and the obligatory ‘Schlick’ whilst scene changing was slick and hilarious! What a great evening’s entertainment! Shame on us locals that the theatre was not full-but this is a winner. Only person who needs some critical notes is the Witch. Bring sinister and evil doesn’t equate to quiet and sneaky. Get your face out of your hat, naked eye contact with the audience and speak loudly!!!! You have a fabulous voice……go for it!! ALL the kids loved it (ages 6 to 15) as did I!!

   Lovely theatre, we arrived early so that we could get a drink at the bar, we have bly had to wait a few minutes for it to open, the wine comes in little bottles, they do coffee too. The theatre seats were ok comfort wise with more leg room that at another local theatre. If the play had been any good we would have stayed, unfortunately it was a narrated play which we hadn't realised, we were expecting music and singing, it was also very dark in the stage. We left at half time. I know the actors and everyone put a lot of effort into their plays, I don't know how the young children coped with the boring play.

   Went for a talk at this venue last weekend and it was good. The seats were comfortable and had a lot of leg room which is rare in auditoriums. There wasn't enough parking for everyone but we were able to find parking in a short stay car park only a minute away, which was free since it was Sunday.

   Been coming to my local theatre for several years now. The venue is well looked after. The auditorium is lovely and elegant with comfortable seating. The sound and stage are also great. The staff are all very friendly, warm and lovely individuals. The bar and facilities are well equipped to deal with events on busy nights. Went recently to watch a comedy show and had a brilliant night.

   I loved the motown show I danced and sang the night away. lovely staff shame about Car park and definitely need more staff for interval poor things run off there feet and people queuing at the bar for pre ordered drinks because of over the bar signage but in fact they were on a table at end of bar .. And put ice in glass so we don't have to queue again..

   Went to see Aladdin and everything was good on the night. Everyone enjoyed the play, good cast, while theatre was half empty they still got the audience engaged and participating. Waiting to see what they have on for next year's panto.

   Went to see another brilliant Panto, Aladdin. We go every year and have a magical time. Great atmosphere for young and young at heart. The cast really got everyone joining in. That's a sign of a great Panto. My grandchildren and l look forward to the next one.

   Watersmeet in Rickmansworth, Hertfordshire is a nice example of a community theatre. Entry to the building brings you into a foyer where the Box Office is located at ground level. Access to the auditorium, the bar and a large function room is via a staircase to the first floor. For any mobility impaired persons, a lift is provided. Depending on how early you arrive before your event, the bar area / access to the auditorium can get quite crowded. Permanent staff are very helpful. Lots of volunteers seem a mixed bunch. Toilets are available off the bar / access area. Car parking is local, and free after 1830.
