Loved this place, absolutely massive, perfect amount of play time and very good tutor the price. Will definitely return but on a weekday as little ones are still young. I will say the toilets were filthy so they need to be monitored more often and also the carpet in the under 5 area would be better with washable flooring as its filthy. Staff are lovely and very helpful and lots of food options but would like to see some halal options available

I am writing to formally raise a complaint about the charges I received following my daughter’s birthday party last Saturday at your venue. I booked and paid for 15 children’s spaces, which included food and participation in the party activities. However, two siblings of one of our guests entered the soft play area and were treated by your reception staff as additional party participants without any confirmation from me. These two children did not join the party meal; they only used the soft play facilities. Despite this, I was later presented with a bill for 17 children, with the explanation that they had been added to the party list by staff. At no point did anyone inform me or seek my approval to add extra participants. As the party organizer, I believe it is essential that any changes to the attendance list — especially those that incur additional charges — must be confirmed with me first. This situation feels unfair, as I am being charged for services I did not agree to and that the two additional children did not receive. I kindly request: 1. A review and correction of the final bill to reflect the original booking of 15 children. 2. An explanation of your procedures to ensure this does not happen to other customers in the future. I hope this matter can be resolved promptly and fairly. Thank you for your attention, and I look forward to your response.

We really enjoyed our recent visit to Kidspace Croydon. The experience was fantastic overall the atmosphere was great, and the staff were very professional, friendly, and attentive. We will definitely be returning. As someone who previously held a membership and visited every Friday for two years, the only area I feel needs more attention is the toilets. This has been a consistent issue and could benefit from more frequent checks and prioritisation. Aside from that, we were very happy with our visit and appreciate the enjoyable experience provided.

Took our young son here recently. He loved it. He had so much fun. Lots to explore and experience here for the little ones including go-karting. The entry ticket is for 2 hours. Good length of time for both playing and eating. Staff are friendly and helpful. The served foods are good too. We had cheese pizza and jacket potato with tuna mayo. Overall, my son really enjoyed it. We are planning to visit here again in the not too distance future. Definitely highly recommended.

We visited Kids Space Croydon during my son’s summer holidays in August on a weekday, and it wasn’t very crowded. We spent around 2–3 hours there, and he really enjoyed the go-kart rides and playing in the play areas. The venue also has a restaurant and toilet facilities inside, which was convenient. Overall, it was a fun experience for him.

An absolute cesspit! This place used to be amazing 8 years ago when I first took my eldest. Brought the kids along for another visit and it was as if we walked into a totally different place. Equipment the same although worn out but the state of the place made me heave! Filthy floors, food everywhere, grimy chairs and tables. I thought we were all doomed to catch something after our visit needless to say we only lasted 30 mins in there. We couldn’t stomach the thought of another minute in there and only tolerated that time for the kids sakes. There were hardly any staff members around. One at the entrance, couple in the kitchen and of course no one to clean the place. I only wish I saw the pictures of the previous review before going and for management to say they regularly deep clean the place - ha! The grime we saw was a build up of months of dirt! Place should be shut down until fit for use.

Another example of a business that likes to charge a fortune and yet fails to provide a decent service. Place covered in dust and grime carpet filthy beyond belief a breeding ground for bacteria, virus, fungus and god knows what else!!! If you don’t get COVID-19 here probably a stomach bug will get you. 32.5£ for two kids and one adult to play in this landfill for 2 hours. Usury.

This place is a dream! Massive soft play center! My now 6 year old and 2 year old had an amazing time. They have a toddler section up to 5 years old and then the main play area for the bigger kids. Then they have electric quad bikes, a rock wall , and a place to eat. The slot is 2 hours which is a perfect amount of time to get you and the little ones worn out! Tip : its advised to wear shoes in the main play area, the wood and rope really hurt your feet :)

The place is actually good for kid's enjoyment. Situated in the heart of Croydon it offers number of entertaining activities which can be liked by kids. The entrance is nice and staff are good. Have 3 slides but those slides were not slippery ay all and too dark inside. Apart from that they have bungee jumping and car racing section. Few other sections were closed, one of them is funloving studio. It is not a huge space but overall enough for 2 hours period.
