   Our daughter had a fab 3rd birthday party here. They made the invitations and dressed the table in a Bluey theme. Everyone had a fantastic time.

   We were very disappointed with our visit. The play area was dirty and many of the toys were extremely worn and well past their best, which is not what you expect from a soft play environment for young children. While it was a busy day, that does not excuse the level of customer service we experienced. The tone of voice from the lady preparing food was unacceptable and came across as rude and dismissive. Being busy is understandable, but courtesy and basic professionalism should never be compromised. Overall, the experience fell far below expectations and we will not be returning.

   We had our daughter’s 3rd birthday at let’s pretend and it was absolutely fantastic! The team made it so incredibly easy for us which meant we could focus on her and her friends. We had a couple of additional guests on the day and they made sure there was space and food. Plus the decoration was fantastic! The balloons in particular were a big hit Huge thanks to the team for all their help!

   Could not recommend this place enough! Took my 2 year old and 11 week old for the first time. I was instantly offered a little cot on wheels for my youngest and was able to take this into the play area and wheel her with me whilst playing with my toddler. There are such a good range of toys my girl had a blast and of course didn’t want to leave! Excellent value for money and will defiantly be back.

   An actual haven for parents! It’s BRILLIANT for the kids too ha ha Lovely, bright, airy, clean space full of activities for endless amounts of fun for the little ones (and not so little ones too!) Great selection of snacks and foodie offerings on the menu, as well as hot and cold drinks. Makes for a great place to catch up with your other mumma friends as you can natter away in the café area and still have a great view of your little one playing and having fun. There’s also WiFi available, making in extremely handy if you’ve got a few work emails or life admin to sort out at the same time. All in all it’s a little gem of a place and I noticed they also host children’s parties too, fab!

   We have spent many happy hours over the years with our 3 grandchildren at Let’s pretend. They love going there because they can mix independently with other children, play in all the various stimulating role plays and have a drink and a bite to eat. It has a wide range of toys which help encourage imaginative play and promote sharing. We enjoy the informal and clean setting and granny and grandpa can have a coffee! Even better. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Well worth a visit!

   First time at Let’s Pretend . It is a lovely warm and welcoming venue, Staff were friendly and we would revisit and recommend to family and friends . My daughter really enjoyed herself today. Although you cannot bring your own food and drinks , there was enough to choose from in the cafe for a reasonable cost. My only constructive criticism I have would be to ensure the plug sockets that are in reach for young children are covered with plug socket protectors, some had protectors but quite a few didn’t which is a concern. Apart from that it was lovely.

   I have just returned from my granddaughter's 2nd birthday party at Let's Pretend.... It was a fantastic experience, the team were dutiful and made the party stress free. My granddaughter had a wonderful time and didn't want to leave! The play area is safe and secure and the adult guest were able to relax It was a perfect afternoon x

   I love this place! The owner is lovely, you can tell she has children as the attention to detail is fantastic. The staff are all lovely and the food is brilliant lots of choice, most importantly everywhere is so clean :) my two year old was captivated for 2 hours and the adults can have a coffee and watch- perfect activity would highly recommend!

   Lovely gem of a place that will entertain the kids (and parents) without a doubt! Hot drinks and food are very nice as well, so leaving at the end of an ~1hr 45min session is the only problem.
