   Our first time at Flip out, Croydon. We had our son's birthday there today. It was great and the staff were fantastic. Priyanka was our party host and we could not have asked for any more from her. Even though they were very busy, she was always smiling and ready to help with any requests. Nothing was too much to ask. It was an excellent service all round and the place was fun for the kids. They really had a great time. Will definitely go back again. Thanks Priyanka.

   We booked our son’s 8th birthday party here and had left it to the last minute. From the beginning, we found all the staff to be very helpful. I realised I had booked the party accidentally a day early. Katya was so kind and helpful and managed to reschedule everything for the following day. The staff were very attentive and my son had a wonderful time. There are excellent facilities including trampolines, laser tag and mini golf. We will definitely be back. Thank you Katya and team! You are brilliant.

   First time I've been back since 2023, we celebrated our sons birthday with a group of friends. I have to say the experience this time was even better, the security upon entrance is much more safe, the layout is so much more family friendly and overall we had an amazing time. The hospitality was also great, with Katya bringing out to our great complimentary juices due to the size of our party. It's the little things that count and would now highly recommend Flip Out.

   Visited last Sunday for my nephew’s 4th birthday and this place was bustling fully of energetic children! From the get go we were greeted by a member of staff names Cortez who went above and beyond for our group he was extremely helpful during our stay. Would defo be back.

   Upon arrival the main doors to the building were open and this lead to an open foyer that lead to the arcade space of flip out. There was no one greet us and quite frankly anyone could have walk in from off of the street into the facility or out of the facility without staff noticing. We made our way to reception and has to wait a short time as there was no one on the desk. Our pre-booking information was taken and we were given wristbands to enter. My 11 and 9 year old had lots of fun as they were able to access all of the activities at the venue however I had to pay £20 for myself to just watch and £15 for my toddler who was only able to access the ball pool area, the football pitch and the bumper cars. When I asked the staff I was told that my toddler could go on the inflatables however when we went over, they were only doing races so he couldn't access it. He was able to play in the ball pool however I wasn't comfortable with his in there as there were older children jumping around and throwing balls with some force at each other. He was also able to go on the dodgems with my eldest but there were only 2 cars working. The only other thing available for him was the football. Seemed like a good place if you were a teenager or an adult but not very secure or family friendly and definitely not for the price paid.

   OMG when I booked my son birthday party I didn’t know what I was going to get. After never visited and no trampoline I was a nervous wreck! But WOW! It was FANTASTIC my son had his friends had such a blast. The party host, to floor staff were amazing. Very attentive, friendly and super understanding. One of the kids were allergic to diary and they catered to his needs also. I would definitely recommend them, all the kids at my son party want to have their party at Flip out Croydon! And if you are a busy parents like me and want a hassle free, stress free and enjoyable birthday for your child, then this is the place to go!
