Staff were really friendly and helpful. Had a mix-up with my tickets, but the staff sorted it swiftly. The Access assistant was very helpful, and made sure that I made it to my seat safely, as well as parking my mobility scooter. She also helped me with my interval drinks. The show, Starlight Express, was awesome! Highly recommend

We often go to something magical for Christmas and this year we decided to head to this show!! We were in the middle of the action and sometimes I thought the cast were going to end up on my lap!! The set was brilliantly laid out, there was a tech fault (well sorted) and the team kept the show on the rails. The story was great and cast very interactive. All well done and it will soon be time for Hydrogen!!

Went to see starlight express with my daughter, it was her first time seeing a live show and she absolutely loved it. Bought my daughter a hoodie which was a bit over priced but the hoodie is good quality so I can't complain. Very limit option of snacks but there is a restaurant which you can visit before the show. The show was brilliant and my daughter loved how the actors skate around in the audience. Will definitely go to see it again.

A great venue in the new look Wembley. There's transport links aplenty & food and drink outlets all around the area if you turn up early. The theatre is compact but without a bad seat. It helps if the show you see is impressive. Luckily for me mine was. So, get your skates on and pay it a visit.

Okay so we came all the way out here to see this show when BLACKPINK were on and we did leave at intermission because we didn’t wanna get caught up in crowds. But a couple of things - Easy to get to. Go straight out the subway, down the stairs and walk along the street you’ll see signage. Nice outside seating area. Inside the lights are sickness inducing. Thought I was gonna pass out and made me dizzy. We were in locomotive row N seats 54 and 53. Cheapest seats and were perfectly fine as you can see from the pictures. Show was fine. Theatre is very cool. Good show for kids.

At first I had mixed feelings about the place, as it is a warehouse converted into a theatre, or at least looks so. However, that's what actually makes it different and intriguing, and on second thought, you might really love it. Big bar area at the entrance, big toilets meaning no or fast queues. Fast service. Really good seating throughot, the seats are comfortable with sufficient legroom, cup holders, and you can see quite well from almost everywhere. Really great decor for Newsies, including when you come into the main seating area - I won't spoil it. It's definitely worth the experience. Just avoid days when there are big events at the neighbouring Wembley Arena as crowds can be huge, but don't let that put you off. Great place.

I visited here to watch 'Newsies' and what a unique theatre experience unlike any I have had before. The waiting area is spacious and well staffed, pricing is lower than many theatres and the overall experience is unique. The theatre is in a warehouse but don't let that put you off as the interior is modern and classy in parts too. I loved my visit to this theatre and will definitely keep an eye on the shows here to return in the future.

I went to see Newsies on the 15th of December, the show is incredible a must see for any fan of theatre. The theatre isn't your traditional type of theatre, I think it used to be TV studios. The foyer has plenty of space with a merch stand and large bar area, but keep your coat on because the foyer is cold. Once inside the auditorium the temperature is much more comfortable. There is tiered seating, so everyone gets a good view. I've seen on previous reviews that the sound quality was poor, but on my visit, these seem to be resolved.

Came here to watch Newsies, absolutely fantastic show and the staff were so friendly and helpful! Venue was excellent and well managed too give the amount of people there, comfy seating too! I had a friend who has bought a programme for every single musical she's ever seen in her life. We tried to buy one after the show but they were all sold out. I came back a week later and popped in 2 hours before the show and was helped by some friendly staff who even opened up the merch stand an hour early just so I could buy a programme for my pal. Really lovely experience and can't wait to be back again!
