They closed conveyancing department and they just informed you such important notice with a voicemail only. Such service is just insane and not reliable. At the end they wasted me over a month to wait for their service cut down, reappoint new solicitor an ongoing matters.
Very professional and helpful. Had a roller coaster of a ride with buying and selling a property. But Angela was so helpful and responsive and explained things. Nothing was too much trouble. And you could always get to speak to her either by direct call, email or return. Thank you, it's been a ride. And now we can enjoy our new home. I would defiantly recommend and use again.

Solicitors did our house sale and new purchase - initially started off really well - dealt with lovely solicitor named Michelle - however after she went on annual leave all went wrong . Did not receive correspondence regarding house move in timely fashion - given 4 days notice of date of moving when should have had 2 weeks (although did receive an email on the Friday 6 days before which went into junk folder which was not seem - so be aware correspondence does go to your junk folder ) . No apology , no phone call to inform us , made out everything was our problem to be dealt with. Everyone else on chain got there 2 weeks notice we were the only ones who didn’t - caused more distress and stress for us then we deserved . We only used them because our normal solicitors are not registered with Coventry and we were put in touch by estate agents who got commission for the recommendation. Would never use again and would defiantly not recommend .
