   I had the most incredible experience and service from start to finish regarding my wedding Jaggo party event which took place in mid-October 2025. Waseem the manager was phenomenal to deal with. Weddings can be a stressful occasion and Waseem was always approachable, compassionate, quick to respond and offered great ideas and solutions in addressing any questions we had. He was exceptional with his communication skills and we always felt reassured with his guidance and support with respect to event planning and preparations. Every request that we had was always accommodated kindly. In terms of the event itself, it couldn’t have gone better and all the guests and I thoroughly enjoyed it . We received numerous accounts of positive feedback from our guests with how impressed they were with the quality of the food, venue and the organisation on the day. Everything flowed seamlessly and to time. Vishal who is the director was incredibly supportive as well. I would highly recommend riverside as the ideal place to celebrate a special occasion and forge special memories.

   Another excellent event at Riverside Studio. Attended a cinema event with Brian Blessed. Bought a delicious roasted vegetable panini - hot and fresh, good price for London. Easy access to the venue and facilities are good.

   Very nice and huge venue. Been here to see "Interview" in studio2, staff was very kind from start to finish explaining no readmission was permitted and the show had no breaks, no photo/filming allowed but some pictures taken at the end of the show were shared on the socials, so the rule is to avoid disturbance to actors when they perform, not before or after. Comfortable seating although basic chairs provided, very wide stage, good view from nearly every point but row C is recommended.

   Went to visit an exhibition of incredible drawings and collages by Daria Hlazatova. The artworks were immediately available for viewing in the main hall, for free! The staff kindly showed me through to a couple of corridors that contained more works of art. Wonderful exhibition in a great venue, around 10 to 15 minutes walk from the station. Nice bar and seating areas indoors, with a lovely view of the Thames, and Hammersmith Bridge. Seating outside is available, but less seats, so busy on a nice summer's evening. 9pm curfew outside, which was disappointing. I will happily return.

   Lovely place, right by the river and Hammersmith bridge, with a cinema and a cafe/restaurant, with lots of drinks. The restaurant is a nice place to go for a snack, lunch/dinner, or for a drink in the evening, and there is a quiz night every fortnight.

   Went for a circus show . Amazing and spectacular show . This place has a bar and food to buy while u waiting to watch theatre or a performance. Nice atmosphere. Close to Hammersmith bridge , nice view, and u still can go for a walk if u feel like it .

   Visited here for the theatre to see 'Cages'. A lovely building with so much to do. Here, you'll find theatres, cinemas, restaurants and a bar. So much space to have a drink and a chat before the theatre, And some fantastic memorabilia to look while waiting. The other reason I didn't give 5 stars was we had to wait a long time for drinks at the bar and especially in the interval, when only a limited amount of time..... But this doesn't take away how fantastic it is here.

   My first visit to the new Riverside Studios. Impressed with the changes - upgrading of the food and drink offer; plenty of space to sit and chill; nice box office with welcoming staff and feeling of bright and clean throughout. Will have to return to complete a full and detailed look around. Today was a quick look either side of the 1500 hours Matinee Performance of 'Operation Mincemeat - The Musical'. Plus things - clear labelling of directions; good access for anyone with mobility issues; very clean toilets with 'disabled' facilities separately; very helpful and friendly staff. Minus things - seating in Studio was on quite hard and little padding non folding chairs (after two and a half hours a numb rear resulted); seats were not offset so with a tall person in front (like my seat) about a third of the stage could not be seen resulting in having to lean side to side to follow the action; poor or rather no information about length of performance and whether an interval was included. After an hour, the stage went dark and the house lights came up and the Studio mostly emptied. Guessed that this was an interval as staff mentioned nothing and people came back after a few minutes clutching ice creams and drinks.

   Visited their spaces to see Mince Meat production. Simply a great place. Riverside serve alternative ales in their bars which pairs nicely with the stylised pub food they serve. Mince Meat production was set up in studio 2. It was a spacious black box studio with high ceilings. Definitely didn’t feel claustrophobic or stuffed. Only down side was the fact that there were no warnings in place for high steps patrons needs to climb to get to their seats. No posters that I can see or warnings from the staff was in place. Overall a good place. I am looking to see more shows there.
