It was faster and cheaper to buy tickets at the door. Love this place as it’s big with loads of activities. My dd went off to enjoy the high rope and climbing wall whilst my other enjoyed the slides the whole time we were there. There’s a mini go kart (doesn’t go fast so suitable for the little ones) and a toddler soft play section with plenty to do. Has sensory ocean session (about 10 mins) which is lovely. Reason for knocking off one star is there were kids shouting foul words and racist slurs at a group of girls, had to stay vigilant after seeing and hearing this making the experience less relaxed and feeling unsafe for my kids. The centre had kicked them out after complaints however maybe staff should be stationed around the play areas to keep an eye on this sort of behaviour.

Teddybear workshop birthday party! Total success! From start to end I loved this place. Easily made the booking online for my daughter’s birthday party, the important announcement took place via email in terms of the booking, all the extras easy to add online or over the phone. Lovely and very helpful staff from the entrance to exit. Jenny was brilliant and she took great care of us. All the kids loved the experience today. We had a great big room just for ourselves, I loved how the food was presented, packed, big portions as well and the good was tasty. We also managed to book the Oceanarium for the whole lot of the crew party my daughter had and they absolutely adored every second of it! I am so pleased with everything and I will totally recommend this place! Thank you for all the members of staff!

Kidspace Romford is a fantastic indoor play centre and one of our favourite places to take the kids. The play areas are big, varied and really well designed, with plenty to do for different ages – from climbing and slides to more imaginative play. It’s clean, secure and well supervised, so you can relax a bit while the children run around and explore. The staff are friendly, patient and great with kids, and everything always feels well organised, especially during busy times and parties. It’s a brilliant option for rainy days, birthdays or just letting them burn off some energy – highly recommended.

Lovely, spacious and entertaining place. Very happy with this child centre. I visited during February half term. I was able to turn up and enter. But it could be precooked too. One session is about two hours. There is bid labyrinth for kids to run, climb, slide. There is separate area for kid under 4 years. The place offers a separate climbing wall and sky trail. There is digital underwater experience(I couldn't attend on this occasion). There are areas for birthday parties. Tables to sit and eat too. Food is delicious. Staff is polite and ready to help.

A very solid 4.5 out of 5. Let down slightly with some wear and tear which can easily be resolved. Overall a great place for the kids to spend a few hours. Pros There is a separate smaller area for younger kids, this area we found was the best - our daughter is 2. A great sandpit with an overhead projector. Soft play area was nicely laid out. Go karting was good although the rides are pretty short and the space is very limited. Great for little ones tho. The virtual aquarium and climbing wall is brilliant. The annual pass is great value for money! Cons When it gets busy, it really is busy... The main moshpit ends up with too many kids. Some parts are a little dated and could do with a refresh - I am nitpicking here. Cafe needs updating, menu is limited. Overall I would still highly recommend, one of the best softplay areas in east london.

Today we celebrated our child's birthday, we had a very bad experience, they kept us behind the gate, when the birthday was already supposed to start, not singing happy birthday for the child together with the Cake brought just for this moment. They did not cut the cake to give home to the children. I attached the picture with the cake uncut, brought home. The child cried and left disappointed. The staff did not give the gift bag for the children, they said we had to pay for it. Very ugly experience. We were invited to another birthday last month but they singing happy birthday, they gave the gift bag for everyone. I left a lot of money for this unpleasant experience. I do not recommend kidspace, for the future our guests will not enter there either. Staff and very bad management. I cried being very affected by the situation. How is it possible that at some parties, they have priority with Cake with songs, some do not.,for the same money. It's not worth a star, for the money we spent. And tears. The staff came and guided the children directly to the table without a disinfectant, so the children could disinfect their hands, children ate with dirty hands. They left our guests after the gate waiting, it was not pleasant. I do not recommend, we believe that the priority is business not the happiness of children.

This place is a must if you have small kids and live near/visit Romford. Situated in the Brewery Shopping Centre with a multi-storey car park. It offers plenty of attractions, all sorts of mazes, slides, mesmerising lights. It cost us £21 (2 adults x£5 + 1 child x£11). Our little "Energizer Bunny" was finally tired at the end of the 2 hour session. If your little one doesn't have the ability to climb and play independently, be prepared to navigate through multiple mazes on several levels, wear comfy clothes. Oceanarium is an interactive sea world room within with ocean images projected on room's walls and floor, it's one of its kind in the whole of Europe and is worth visiting (book it at the reception for free, don't miss it). There's a sand box that with the help of a projector mimics terrain with low levels appearing to be filled with water, hills green and white mountaintops. There's a variety of soft play areas with mazes and slides to explore depending on their level of confidence (and willingness of parents :D ) There's a cafe inside that offers hot food and drinks as well as restaurants outside immediateltly of Kidspace. There are onsite bathrooms and plenty of surfaces to sit on. Soft play areas require you to take your and child's shoes off.
