Had a fantastic time & the kids loved it. Play area was very clean & there was something for all ages. Staff were very professional. Want to especially thank Tina who went out her way to make sure we had the best afternoon. Would definitely visit again :)

I recently attended a birthday party at Owls Play Centre as a guest and was very disappointed with how things were handled. The host had booked the venue from 4pm to 6pm, but was only allowed to start decorating around 5:30pm. This left barely any time to set up, celebrate, serve food, and enjoy the party. To make matters worse, at the end one of the staff members spoke to the host in a rude and loud manner in front of all the guests, demanding that she leave immediately. It was extremely disrespectful and embarrassing. A private, polite conversation would have been much more appropriate. The play area itself is nice for children, but the poor organization and unprofessional customer service left a very negative impression.

Went for the first time today and all I can say is this place is way too over priced for what it is! Firstly, it's so dirty. Tables needed cleaning and the floor! Secondly, it was just way too hot in there. No air con, no ventilation, not even a fan in sight. Really unhealthy for kids and babies! I left after half an hour of being there and even that was way too long for me, I should of left earlier than that, because my baby and the rest of my kids started sweating after a few minutes of playing and not forgetting myself who was just sitting there watching them! Won't be going there again sadly.

Fun for all ages—highly recommended! I visited Owls Play Centre with my children, and it was a fantastic experience! Kids of all ages—from Year 1 to Year 10—had a great time and made the most of the 1 hour and 30 minutes of playtime included in the ticket. The play area is clean, safe, and full of fun activities that kept them entertained the entire time. I also appreciated that outside food is allowed, and their in-house food is available at reasonable prices. A perfect spot for a fun family outing!

For the MANAGEMENT: Guys please reorganise the place it is soo dirty at the moment i couldn’t even sit down with my kid. Lots of hair on every each corner at the babies area and also everywhere and is honestly too dirty floors are too sticky. I spent 2h no one came to clean the tables around or the waste for under the tables. It’s been 6 years then we are coming here but the place has gone down a lot. Please hover and clean the kids areas at least. Thank you.

I come here quite often with my children, it is a very nice and easy place to visit. Reasonable Prices for entry and food, it can get busy but it is a play centre which is understandable. The staff are nice and friendly and will help if needed. A lot of the reviews are very harsh, in any play centre you go you will understand the hard work it takes when it is a weekend to keep the day flowing nice and easy while trying to do multiple things at once. Hands up for all the workers, I would never say a bad word about them! Keep it up

A good fun place for children. Recommended for children up to the age of 12 as one sign read. There's food available, with chairs and table for adults to sit and enjoy. Adults were able to accompany little kids in the pay area which I thought was a good common sense thing to allow. All in all - a good place to take your kids for some physical workout whilst they play.

Great place for children to burn off some energy! The staff let this place down. There is one lady there who is always working hard with cleaning/serving and is so friendly. The rest? Often outside for a smoke or literally chatting or sitting around. Honestly, I’m really not sure how they have gotten away with this for so many years and it is such a shame. Visiting in the week or very early on a Saturday is quieter as during peak times, the overcrowding is no fun. The cleaning is definitely not at the standard it should be. Putting toilet gel in the toilet giving a quick mop is not enough. Children often have mucky hands etc so a thorough clean around the whole toilet and the surrounding walls is required. The high chairs make me cringe, they are so dirty. More often than not, the ball machine is not working. With the right management and staff, this could be a much more friendly and clean space (I do wonder and hope they are paid a fair wage).

Came on a Sunday with my kids. They just want money and no care for safety or space. Very busy and over crowded to the point where it was dangerous and a hazard. If there was an incident like a fire or something people will struggle to get out. Managment need to get priorities straight and care more for paying customers.

Very nice soft player, my son enjoy going there all the time! They have place to make your party there! The have a cafe in side too, you can by lunch and good food for the kids! You pay for 2 hours and is guaranteed is 2 hours of fun! Have place separated for the baby’s and toddlers play and young kids! Parents can play together with your children, the big slide is really nice for that!
