Clean and ideal spot for 3yr olds. My toddler had a great time here with some of his friends. We booked the first slot (9.30am) on a Fri morn, and were able to park the car on the street with a purchased permit from the staff.

I’ve brought my two kids here a few times over the years, and it’s disappointing to see the same old, dirty, and broken toys still out. The food menu and options also feel outdated and could really use an update. 2 stars for the friendly staff and well priced coffee. Overall, the place needs some investment to bring it back up to a standard that would make us want to return.

The idea of this place is great and love the concept however I feel it’s over priced for what it is , seems a little run down and found a few toys weren’t working , ie some of the stuff in the supermarket, Some of the areas seemed empty like they needed new toys and a freshen up , it’s also dark, cold and gloomy . The staff weren’t too friendly either as in no smiles etc . Overall my little one had a good time just some room for improvement.

Second time visiting. Not a great experience, parking is difficult as is, only to be told when you arrive that the purchasable permits aren’t available because the system isn’t working! A courtesy call to inform prior would’ve helped, especially as my friend had called just that morning to confirm that she could buy a permit on site to which she was told yes. There is chargeable open public parking about 3-4 min walk away which should be advised on the website in my opinion so you can factor that in for arrival time- we ended up wasting time during our slot. The place itself isn’t great I’m afraid- Dirty and damaged tables in the cafe area Empty sections in the play area- took my toddler to the grocery shop but there were no groceries to play with! I don’t believe that they were moved by the other children, quite empty that morning. Poor selection of snacks in the cafe - mostly packaged items at a surcharge and dry cakes. Quite dimly lit and overall not a very inviting place I’m afraid to say. Previous reviews mention toys need repairing and replenishing but I’m wondering when that’s going to be done. Don’t think it’s worth the price at the moment.

Really cute space not too big so not hectic perfect for my almost 3 year old! Only comment isn't about the place directly it was just the lack of duty of other parents I think staff could of stepped in to remind people to actually watch their children if they're not going in with them.

The rooms are amazing and our 22 month old had fun. One negative though is that most of the toys need a refresh, as they are worn out and tattered. Also, if children and adults are asked to be in socks, concrete isn't the best material to be on in cold weather. Invest in carpets maybe? Or advise that visitors should wear indoor slippers on your website?

Lovely cafe and play area for babies to pre-schoolers. Clean and maintained well. Play area is divided in to 8 pretend play rooms with lots of pretend play toys and ride-on toys. There's also a small section for young babies who aren't crawling. Cafe has hot drinks, toastie and warm sandwiches, the open plan design of the space makes it easy for the parent to sit at the cafe and enjoy a cuppa whilst their tot plays.

Such a good place for older toddlers and babies to explore. Lots for them to get stuck in with.. And a great little café for parents to sit with a hot drink and cake. Love it here. Highly recommend!

Great place to play and lots to do! It wasn't too crowded which was nice. My 4 year old child loved to play there! The food was good, the cafe is next to the play area. We will definitely come back again!
