    One of the worst when it comes to customer satisfaction , I known A solicitor for 10 years and been given them many clients but when I contacted she wasn’t in so her colleague Jamie ask for over £500 fees before even asking what I need they don’t have any face they just and only care for money and very expensive I wouldn’t recommend At all, especially Immegration part where Jamie Langley is involved Don’t wast your money and time go somewhere else where you get respect get the same work done cheaper .

    I was recently dealing with Sydney Mitchell for the purchase of a new build property. Virtually no contact from them and complaints from the sellers solicitor they could not reach Sydney Mitchell either. I then received approximately 300 pages of documents including the contract for exchange in the post with a two page advice that repeated 'read the documents' at nearly every line. Within the documents was the TP1 form which contained 27 pages of covenants for the new build property I was purchasing, in addition to an environmental report which suggested the property I was buying was in a high flood risk area. The response when I raised my concerns with Sydney Mitchell was "we can have a call next week to discuss". I'm completely appalled they saved up all of the information and then sent it by post with no real advice or explanation. I expressed I was deeply dissatisfied with the service two weeks ago and have received absolutely no response.

    Poor advice and inadequate plan of action. Terrible performance in court and didn’t argue my case at all and followed the recommendations as per the CAFCASS report. He was more concerned about extracting money from me every time we spoke and didn't return my calls. I wouldn’t recommend this form of solicitors for family matters. Stay away.
