   TMC has a wonderful breadth and depth of talented artists that cover a range of artistic styles. The camaraderie between them all makes the shop a relaxed and wonderful atmosphere to be in. Alina, the shop manager, is a shining star and will definitely help you find the right person for you if you’re not sure who to go for! My artist, Kat, is my dark energy, dark academia, dark art, dark aesthetic, nouveau, baroque, gothic translator. I have found it a joy to construct a clear vision with her and then letting the tattooing sorceress within unleash to create amazing pieces for me. Not just the tattooing, but her care at the bedside and the check-ins after the session make her second to none for me. Every time I book a session starts a countdown like waiting for Christmas day. Grateful to the algorithm gods to find her IG. Blessed to now call her a friend. Ridiculously excited for all the other projects we have planned. I’ve no doubt we’ll create more collaborations in future too!

   Had tattoos from several artists now and cannot recommend highly enough. There's someone in there for everyone, regardless of style you want and you will not meet a nicer bunch of people. All incredibly passionate, friendly and engaging. Will always recommend.

   Ive had a couple of pieces done here (and getting one more soon!), ive had a different artist each time and they've been fantastic. Lovely relaxed atmosphere in the studio from the moment you're greeted at the front desk. Ill definitely be wanted to get more work done here.

   Had a piece done by Harvey today, really impressed, great atmosphere in shop too. Been back 3 times now with Harvey, superb everytime, manager super friendly too, very chatty, all in all a top experience every time

   Friendly environment. However, I regret going here for my tattoos. Josh did mine and they are nothing like what I imagined and discussed with him. Maybe I wouldn't mind so much if it was a small tattoo but it is a large section of my body. Nothing like what we discussed in all areas, and work seemed rushed and lazy with no consideration. Didn't have it in me to say and complain at the time as I get very anxious about complaining. Very upset and regret coming here. Josh can't even do a simple cloud to save his life (small section of work), can't even explain what it looks like and I am too embarrassed to show images. Very sad as I am stuck with it for life and cost me a lot of money. Scared to even try and have it fixed up incase it looks worse again (if possible). Need to listen to what their customers wants/needs are and take their time. I would rather have paid for more sessions and have them do it properly rather than rushing and making a mess of my body.

   Of all the tattoo shops I've been to, this is by far my favourite. The vibe is so lovely, it's great to see tattoo artists that actually have decent tattoos, a good attitude, and not screaming heavy metal when you walk through the door (not that I don't like it, but sometimes you just want to chill.) The best bunch of people too. My sitting was a great experience. My tattoo artist, Dan, has rectified what has been the bane of my life for a few years and I absolutely LOVE my redo and can't wait to see his fresh work in the coming weeks. I couldn't recommend The Mortal Coil and Dan high enough (if realism style is your thing.) Pictures below, from this to that.
