We had best experience with Non Stop kids Entertainment for our daughter’s 6th birthday. I highly recommend them. We booked the deluxe party package and extended it to 3 hours. Matt C was incredible with the children from start to finish. All of children who attended had fantastic time. We had so many compliments from parents as well. It was completely hassle free process. I had very happy daughter who described it as best party ever. Thank you so much for making it so special.

I applied for a position at Non-Stop Kids Entertainment, under their Magic TV recruitment, on May 5th, 2023. I passed the initial interview stage conducted over the phone and continued communicating via email. By June 20th, 2023, I received an email asking me to attend a training session. However, the very next day, June 21st, they sent an email canceling the training, with no real consideration for the fact that people have to arrange their schedules in advance. They expected me to be constantly monitoring my inbox the day before the training. Despite this unprofessionalism, I decided not to complain and even spent money on transportation to London. After that, I was informed that training would take place in Birmingham. I found this frustrating, considering how casually they canceled the previous session via email. Months later, I was contacted again for another training session. I expressed uncertainty about my availability but later confirmed that I was free on the scheduled day. Their email response was shouting at me. Once I realised I was free in that day I found my self chasing them for the location. On the day of the training, I waited for the address and sent a reminder email the night before, requesting the information be sent early in the morning. Unfortunately, due to the delayed communication and last-minute information, I missed my train by mere seconds after dealing with ticket payment issues. When I arrived at the venue, I was dismissed by Craig, a magician, for being honest about my availability and other job commitments, even though they had caused significant delays and confusion throughout the process. Over the course of four months (May to September), I was treated with little respect or professionalism. I was told that a previous training session was canceled due to a lack of participants, yet Craig claimed he had COVID at that time. He also stated that he didn’t want to make his administration look incompetent, but unfortunately, that’s exactly how they acted. Their lack of communication, organization, and failure to provide essential details left me scrambling to plan my journey in advance. When I confronted Craig about the poor administration, he blamed me for everything, dismissing me entirely because I wasn’t available every weekend—even though I had told him that I was now available after losing my previous job. His attitude was unprofessional, and when I mentioned in an email that I intended to leave a review, he immediately called and harassed me, attempting to gaslight sending me a screen shot copy and paste that they did send me the address which did not include a date sent. This company’s recruitment process is disorganized, unprofessional, and disrespectful. The administration is unreliable, and they show little care for their prospective staff members. Instead of taking accountability, they blame individuals for their own incompetence. If you're considering working for Non-Stop Kids Entertainment or Magic TV, I would strongly advise against it. The way they treat candidates and staff reflects poorly on the company as a whole.

Kieran was absolutely fantastic. We booked a hassle free party, for two of our children and it was exactly what was described. The children had so much fun. Kieran entertained the children from the moment he arrived. He communicated very well with us and followed all our instructions. Kieran was so funny, full of energy and got all the children involved. Excellent entertainment.

I cannot recommend this company enough. Communication and information was swift and thorough throughout. We even had to re-schedule the date and venue due to illness and they accommodated us fully. Then on the day Kieran, our entertainer, was amazing! Numerous parents commented on how funny he was and how good he was with the kids. The kids just loved him! If you're looking for kids entertainment look no further!

Faultless from booking process to party. My first time using an entertainer and I was a bit worried about it all. I was given lots of information at the time of booking, kept up to date with emails along the way. I ended up with more children than expected and the office was great and it just meant the balloons from the hassle free party were given as prizes instead. Marie our entertainer was brilliant, turned up early and got to know our daughter before thr party started. She was accommodating to noise sensitivity and adapted to the children. Everyone commented how great she was and she made my daughters day.

We booked the "hassle free" option for my twins party today. A few days before, we had an email to say that the entertainer was unwell so an alternative had been arranged. At 1.50 (party started at 3) the entertainer phoned to say that he wouldn't arrive until 2.45 as the M23 was closed. Plus it takes him 20-30 minutes to set up. I questioned why he hadn't planned for this as it closed the night before. He said that unfortunately he had a booking in the morning and hadn't realised that it was shut until he drove to the morning booking. He arrived at 3pm. Luckily our hall had an outdoor area so the kids played outside until he was set up. Once he started he was good. He kept 45 kids entertained and interacting with him for 2 hours. He even had the adults joining in dancing games at the end. My twins and their friends had a blast. He was very polite and attentive to the children's needs. He did stay on late to make up for his late arrival, but unfortunately a few children couldn't stay. Unfortunately, I was very stressed out by the late start and didn't fully enjoy the party. One of my twins is leaving the school to start a specialist provision, so I've been planning the party for 4 months to ensure it was a success and a fitting birthday/goodbye, so I do feel slightly let down. But i do understand that road closures can't be helped, but I do feel that this should have been looked into as it was a planned closure. If it hadn't been for the very late arrival, it would have been a fantastic party. I still recommend.
