I recently hosted my daughter’s 5th birthday party at Crazy Club Sidcup, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. I was initially hesitant to book due to some mixed reviews, but what really stood out to me was that each party has its own dedicated party zone. This meant the children could play freely while the parents remained comfortably seated, able to watch their kids and enjoy the full two hours undisturbed. Unlike other soft plays, where children play for 1 hour 15 minutes before moving to a separate party room—requiring parents to wait outside—Crazy Club’s setup felt much more convenient and enjoyable. This was a key reason I chose them. Communication was excellent throughout. Nicola responded promptly to all my email queries and was incredibly helpful. When I asked about gluten-free options, she even sent over the ingredient lists to reassure me, which I greatly appreciated. On the day of the party, we arrived 20 minutes early while staff were still cleaning the area, but they kindly allowed us to wait inside. All staff members were friendly and accommodating. Although I needed to remind them about bringing out food, drinks, and cups, it wasn’t an issue—they were busy, but anything I asked for was provided quickly. The children, including toddlers, had a wonderful time. I had also hired a face painter, and Nicola was very supportive in allowing this and ensuring we had the space we needed. Evie and Lara looked after us during the party. They handled the cake beautifully—bringing it out for the celebration and cutting it for guests afterward. When it was time for the cake or ice cream, the staff made an announcement over the microphone so all the children in our party could gather in the party zone. It was impressive, and several guests commented on how fun it was. The party zone was nicely decorated with “Happy Birthday” banners, which was a lovely touch since I didn’t bring my own. The food was generous and well received. The hot food included in the package—burgers, chicken nuggets, pizza, fish fingers, and chips—was served buffet-style so the children could choose what they liked. Portions were more than enough. We also ordered a pizza platter for the adults and were given four large pizzas, which easily fed all our guests. The ice cream at the end of the party was an exciting surprise for the children. Overall, we had a fantastic experience at Crazy Club Soft Play Sidcup. Thank you to Nicola, Lara, and Evie for helping make my daughter’s birthday so special.

I never usually review soft play places- I've never been here before - however I was a little concerned for the cleanliness of this place - I was there for the first session of the day - I found crusty bread crusts in the slide area, old chips on the floor in the car track area & honestly running around after my toddler in there my hands and socks were filthy! Also they had a little kitchen area which had broken crates so there was wooden pieces and plastic rubbish in the baskets which is not safe for babies! I kept picking up the rubbish as I was going & putting it in the bin! But as a customer you would not expect that & these bits were not from the session I was in! Honestly the place needs a serious deep clean, like all over! Didn't get photos of some of the bits but it was a little silly how little It felt like the staff cared! The toys also which were out - were broken so definitely in need of sorting & updating! Around the entrance as well there was lots of broken pieces of equipment & my son found a bult around the back of the soft play on the equipment!

We had my daughter‘s birthday here. The staff were very helpful and attentive. They were very mindful of the allergies of some of the children. The children had a great time. The staff really made it a very easy and relaxed experience

It was ok overall. I’d probably go again as there aren’t many other options nearby. I was quite shocked by the standard of cleanliness, though – it was very dirty in places and seemed neglected in certain areas. The rest of the property, such as the restaurant, was nice.

We booked the teddy picnic, as we arrived my girl went straight to the soft play, and then we saw the mascot, all kids were super excited to see a huge teddy playing around in the soft play. Then there was a competition for the best teddy's and we got a great teddy storybook. Then was time for some food and biscuit decorations. Over all was a great experience and worth every penny

We celebrated our kid’s birthday there recently and we were very pleased with the arrangements. Obviously the soft play area kept the kids entertained. There was a dedicated staff for our party , who checked in the kids and got them the right colour bands based on food choices ( veg/ non veg/ gluten/dairy free). We also ordered veg and non veg platters for parents and they all loved it . Especially the onion Bhajji which every one loved . Also they catered for gluten and daily free . They served Gluten free chicken nuggets and dairy free icecream. So overall highly recommended .

This is a great place to go for young children and older children around 7/8 in a couple of months they open a nice calf and farm shop. Looking forward to this. They also do children's parties which are great. Stuff are really friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend taking your babies and young children to have a bit of fun they do coffees and tea and have a food menu too in the play area

Just had my daughters 3rd birthday here we hired the venue for an exclusive party and it was fab. She had the best time. The place was cleaned before our party the staff were friendly and helpful from the beginning even when we were setting up. We had loads of loose balloons which i was fully prepared to clean but the staff did not allow us to they did it all for me which was so lovely made the end of the day stress free thank you so much ladies! Would recommend to family and friends.

Such a hidden gem!!! Fantastic cafe with reasonably priced food and drinks catering for children and adults alike. Friendly staff, large venue with plenty of seating and desk if you want to work while your child plays. Free on site parking. I will be getting am annual pass as this is a mummy saviour!

I am a nanny and brought B3 for his first ever soft play experience! It was small enough that wasn’t overbearing for him as a newbie. He definitely enjoyed himself. Although a little tight for adults compared to other soft plays I have been to. The staff are constantly keeping an eye for safe play :) all staff were very friendly and welcoming.
