Just popped in for a quick look at some potential new rods and picked up some bait. Had a great chat with Mark one of the sale team. He was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Definitely worth a visit if you are in the area.
The staff have been so helpful since I have started using this store since getting back into fishing the guy who served us today Chris was also very helpful polite and friendly not only to myself but he had plenty of time for my six year old who has just started fishing and wanted to tell him all about the fish she had caught at the weekend. Thanks guys

Nothing changes with this store. I would go there for maggots however, around 6 months ago I kept getting rubbish bait. I decided to stop going and used another tackle shop. Recently decided to give them another chance however twice in a row they have given me poor quality maggots. They have turned to castors within 24 hours. I’ve stored them in a vented tub so the air can get to them and when I went to use them the following day I’d say 1/4 of them dead. Poor quality bait and they won’t be getting my custom again.

Went for some carp stuff, didn’t know what I was looking for but spoke to Harry T!! What a lad, great help and showed me how to tie a whole rig. That night I even caught a fish on said rig. BOOM!!!
