So much fun! Went with the family and my partner. We had the best time! Much more fun than I expected! You must make a booking online in advance ! That don’t accept walk ins. 10/10 a fun experience! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Fun! Environment not that refined but ok to play. The place it is not huge

Omg. We had so much fun here! The team is super lovely and we will definitely be returning! Looks a bit rough from the outside but once inside it is a really great time! However, as a future suggestion I believe the male toilets and the waiting area could do with a bit of love.

Unfortunately, despite really high hopes for this centre, I cannot recommend you spend your money with this company. The staff were friendly but poorly managed. I held my son's ninth birthday party here for £250 and it was a shambles. There was only one member of staff on duty for our party, and although she was really trying her best (and was very nice), she had an impossible job and it was clear to us that she was embarrassed that she couldn't provide the service that we had been promised when we booked. Half the time the laser guns weren't working, one child couldn't play at all because his gun was broken. We were told that the children would be marshalled inside the arena but there was no supervision at all, so we ended up doing that, as well as administering first aid following some accidents because it was such an unsafe environment, all ourselves. The safety briefing video was useless for a group of children. After the party, our food arrived 50mins late (despite being told we had to leave the party room after 30mins!), and when it arrived the pizzas that had been promised were a mere microwaved slice of pizza in a plastic bag. The dietary requirements that were sent ahead of time were not catered for, and so some of our children went hungry. The room (and the site in general if I'm honest) was dirty and the squash that was promised had to be chased three times. I have made a polite complaint to the company, but I have heard nothing back. To say that the health and safety standards of this site fall short, is an understatement. Do not send your kids here.

It's depends what are you looking for. Are you or coming with kids or young teenagers then yes anyone older now. Because of the kids my visit has been delayed 30 minutes- they just need that extra time

£395 for exclusive hire for up to 24 players and a food option each which sounded fab! However…. communication is poor, so the experience didn’t start great. Then the equipment was faulty, meaning the final 2 games we were unable to play. despite having our names in advance, they was not allocated to the laser guns/leader board, and half the group could not play, as there is no spare equipment and nobody on site to fix faulty equipment. When the food (pizza/burgers/hotdogs) we’re served they were freezing cold, so i brought that to the staff attention (Nabil who was great, however his hands were tied). the f&b department must of just thrown our food in the microwave to reheat, so we were presented with rock hard weird smelling food. Asked to speak with a manager. got to speak with Rashidul who was apparently the duty manager & the flip out party supervisor, told them all our issues that couldn’t apologise enough, however couldn’t help with a resolution, however gave us head offices email address but pre warned us they were useless, but i will be escalating my complaint in detail.

It could be better. The man working was very nice but the woman was very grumpy. Then their family turned up and stood behind the counter chatting, like kids less than 11 years old. The space itself is quite small. One game is enough. We did 2. The first was just us and the second was with another family which was fun. But because it was so small u are basically being killed every 3 seconds. We had fun but I wouldn't go back to this one again. Too small.

Had a brilliant time yesterday at Laser Quest E6. I’ve been paintball and air soft before but wasn’t expecting Laser Quest to be as good! Well done to the team, especially Nabil!!! Great customer service, knows exactly what this is all about and a proper professional! Thanks again Nabil and looking forward to our next visit!

Big thanks to all the amazing staff there made us feel very welcoming and helped us all the way from set to preparing our pizza and drinks. For £395 you can hire the whole venue for 24 people. The area is a little small but youngsters will love it
