We were really pleased with every aspect of the process; we especially liked the fact that when we called with a query, the majority of the time we could get through to the solicitor and get an answer immediately.    Found this Solicitors through the Free will service as my Mother wanted to sort hers out. She lives in Stourbridge but I live in south London so the process was longer than it normally is as I can only get up every couple of weeks on my day off on Fridays. Never a problem making appointments when we wanted them, Vicky was very helpful and explained everything really well to my elderly Mom. In fact all the staff were kind, considerate and courteous. A very easy process. My Mom was happy how it was arranged.

   We have recently dealt with the conveyancing department at WJC for several property transactions and what a great experience we've had. Deepa Patel, heading the department is experienced, knowledgable, personable and kind and so is her department (special mention to Aneeqa!). Deepa is the best conveyancing Solicitor, I have worked with for many years. Don't be tempted to use an online conveyancer, it usually doesn't work out and there are usually loads of hidden charges. Use WJC who are reasonably priced for a first class reliable service.

   Not too happy with the treatment received,kept waiting for important documents following the death of my husband resulting in delay in sorting other aspects of his affairs. Would not recommend the company. The telephonist was however helpful and compassionate.
