Amazing staff, Paul was super friendly and calming when doing my tattoo. Very happy with the finished result.
First a 5-6 session tattoo went amazing, Paul made me feel so relaxed, Laura was on hand for small talk and brews when required, lovely couple and super impressed with the tattoo design and consultation before hand. Was very respectful and allowed breaks when needed with no mither. Would recommend to anybody looking for a tattoo
Laura is so helpful and so nice when choosing what piercings to get. She's very calming and talks you through the whole process of getting the piercings. She also gave lots of advice about caring for the piercings so they heal nicely. Overall, a really great experience and would recommend if your getting your first piercing or your thirtieth.
Had a lovely experience getting my first tattoo this morning and a new helix piercing. Dayna and Laura were fab, they talked to me throughout the process and made me feel calm and welcome. I'll definitely be back here for more in the new year. Everyone in the studio was friendly and welcoming, I'd 100% recommend.
My 10 year old daughter came to get her ears pierced, she was very excited. Unfortunately someone had stolen the ear piercing device from Laura ( the lady about to pierce my daughter) I felt sorry for Laura and understood it was not her fault but she offered the use of a needle which my daughter jumped at as she did not want to wait! Laura was absolutely lovely with her very calming and caring. My daughter was absolutely fine (very proud of her, not sure I would of been as calm) Thank you very much Laura. Highly recommend to anyone whether your having piercing or tattoo's. (Whoever stole from this little business you should be ashamed)

I went here for help as I had a bit of a dilemma with my nose piercing I had taken out myself due to work. The lady who helped me to put it back in was so lovely and caring! She was very informative on why it was difficult for my piercing to go back in, but had me all sorted out! :) Thank you so much!
There are places closer to me that I could get lazered but I'm more than happy to travel further to Sanctuary because of the service and experience. Laura always puts you at ease, she's a very kind, caring and skilled practitioner and the before and after care is top notch. The prices are very reasonable too. I would highly recommend Sanctuary Laser to anyone
I found was recommended Paul for a portrait tattoo I wanted. His work is amazing and for the six hours I spent in the chair I was made to feel comfortable and welcome. The studio is such a relaxed environment. I'm already booked in for a return visit Two weeks later I went back for two piercings (my first...) with Laura and again she was extremely calming and comforting whilst I was there Highly recommend!
