   I recently went in for my second ear piercing and was feeling pretty nervous. My original piercings had closed up over time, so I’d previously gone to Superdrug to have them redone — but unfortunately, they messed up the positioning. Kellie was absolutely brilliant. Even though I was anxious (especially knowing it would be done with a needle rather than a gun — I’m not great with needles!), she was incredibly friendly and instantly put me at ease. She explained the whole process clearly and was so reassuring throughout. Not only did she fix the poor placement from my previous piercing, but she was also super mindful of my needle anxiety — quick, efficient, and gentle. I’m completely in love with my new piercings and genuinely grateful for the confidence she gave me to go through with it. Thank you again, Kellie! I’d highly recommend this place to anyone considering a piercing — you’ll be in safe, caring hands.

   My 15 year old had her septum pierced here, they were great with her and advised what size she could have to hide it at school and she was very pleased with it! 7 months on and it healed perfectly with no issues. It was cash only when we went. We showed up on the day as a walk on and she was pierced 20 minutes later. Highly recommend

   Had my very first tattoo done here with Chorley and I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience! We called a few days beforehand and were told walk-ins were welcome, which was great. The Scottish guy who helped me first (sorry I didn’t catch your name!) was absolutely brilliant — funny, patient, and so reassuring. He went through my design, style, and size, answering all my “first timer” questions without making me feel silly. I was quite anxious, but the atmosphere was relaxed, friendly, and genuinely welcoming from start to finish. Chorley then completed my tattoo and was just as amazing — genuinely interested in what I was having done, chatting to keep me calm, and making the whole thing feel easy. The studio was spotless, the vibe was chilled, and honestly it was nothing like the intimidating experience I’d imagined. I went with a few friends who got piercings, and they had the same great service — they’re already planning their next ones! I can’t wait to go back for more tattoos, and I’d recommend this place to absolutely anyone, whether it’s your first time or your fiftieth.

   Don't use the trainer piercer. The person was rude made no eye contact and didn't make an attempt to relax you etc. They didn't pierce my nose correctly. They were trying to pierce it for about 15 minutes, this is definitely not normal nor professional. My nose piercing still hurts a year after having it done from here.

   Amy pierced the flat of my ear last week and it's easily the best piercing experience I've had. She was kind and explained everything so thoroughly, extremely quick yet gentle with the actual piercing, and it was definitely the most painless - even less than a lobe piercing. It's absolutely perfect, I couldn't be happier. Will definitely be heading back here for more in future.

   Called them on the Friday to make sure what ID my daughter had for her piercing would be sufficient, they told me it would be. Get there on the Sunday, to be told it's not good enough. Staff clearly don't communicate and wasted both mine and my daughters time. Thankfully was able to get it done by a lovely gentleman elsewhere on the same day.

   I have been to the studio to get multiple piercings now and have always received amazing, friendly service. The staff are very patient with me (and help me with how indecisive I am) and even advise me on piercings that are best for me to ensure safety. Staff are extremely professional and well skilled. I recommend this place and their services to all my friends who now visit the store to receive their piercings and purchase jeweller. 10/10 overall experience - would recommend to anyone.

   Decided on a spur of the moment septum piercing, £30 which is really decent, 40 min wait, then was taken through but unfortunately couldn’t take anyone else in the room with me, anyway she talked me through it and how it was going to work, cleaned it all up and did the piercing, once it was finished she said she had done it crooked and had to take it out and re do it, second time lucky she did it perfectly. But having it pierced then removed and then redone again in 3 minutes was agony, I do love the way it’s healing and how it looks, staff were really friendly too

   Last week I went to get my second (left ear) and third lobe piercings (left and right ear). They had a very very small range of studs available, they're not pretty but that didn’t matter to me too much. The piercer did not check to see if the dots she drew were even with the opposite ear, I checked in the mirror but it’s hard to tell looking at yourself sideways. They were subsequently pierced wonky. This was pointed out to me by my friends who noticed immediately. When I politely asked her to lower the second piercing on the left ear I was met with a dismissive and defensive attitude. Another round later and the piercing was now too low. I let it slide because she had already done it again once and I thought I could live with it. But a week later and I can't....so I have since been to another piercer who was so much more helpful and agreed it needed redoing. I have now taken the earring out to let it heal before I have it pierced somewhere else to get it right. Disappointing and a waste of money, I want more piercings but I'll definitely be going elsewhere!
