Could do with a big freshen up, lots of the soft play is quite damaged and very worn, some of it is held together with duct tape. The chairs there are also a hazard, I saw 3 incidents with the chairs in the 2 hours I was there. The legs stick out a lot so children trip on them. One child tripped onto the ground with the chair falling down and hitting him on the head. I just donβt think theyβre suitable for the establishment, especially considering there isnβt all that much space for them.

Place is not clean and there were biscuits in the childrenβs area and apart from that the girl with glasses behind the desk said weβre full and sent me away with my kids crying upon visiting their website I managed to book it online and got the kids in for the day but itβs a shame to receive such service as the girl next to her was ready to book me in and the one with glasses pictured said no we donβt have any spaces just to spoil our day

I have been doing a lot of soft play places for the last few years and honestly the cleanliness here is amazing. The staff are so friendly and helpful. I wish I could move it nearer because we would be there everyday .

Upon arrival for a toddler's birthday party at the weekend, the staff were friendly on the reception desk. Everyone has to take their shoes off and wear socks inside. However, it went downhill from there. The kitchen had one young male and female staff. I was waiting to be served and saw the young lady making a sandwich and young man making a coffee. As the young male was making a latte, I saw him pour the milk on top of the coffee and the milk froth (the head) was towering over. Therefore, he took the coffee over to the sink, took a knife out from the sink, whipped off the frothy milk head and put the knife back into the sink. I was horrified by his actions. When I questioned him, he thought there was nothing wrong with this and that it was ok as staff washed their hands in another sink. When the drink was sent back to the kitchen, he had a strop and was throwing everything into the sink. At the party, one child who had a severe dairy allergy. The staff asked if anyone had allergies before going into the party/food area, however they seemed to be clueless about this. They put the dairy free sandwiches onto the same plate as all the other sandwiches. The children only had half an hour to eat their lunch. This was not enough time, a lot of children did not eat all their food and it went to waste. It was too rushed. All our socks were very, very dirty when we left, it was quite disgusting. It is quite unfortunate but I would not recommend this place. It has potential to be a great soft play but the cleanliness, staff and management of this place is a huge let down.

Paid 350 for birthday party. Staff don't know what they are doing. Nothing is ready or cleaned. They refused entry for 2 babies who are not even big enough to go on soft play as are in car seats still. Staff have not allowed babies to come in and made them sit outside with adults

I visited for the first time today with a friend and her 18month old grandchild. We had a lovely time playing for about 40 minutes, the baby was getting tired so we decided to support the venue by having lunch there. There were no diet drinks available so we had tea and ordered sandwiches. We waited about 15 minutes which wasnβt a problem as they were lovely and fresh. When our names were called informing us that our session had ended we told the girl on the desk that we were finishing our lunch. She told us that we would be charged for another hour. We werenβt happy with this and said that we should have been made aware of this on arrival. Kirsty came over to us and pointed out a sign which was at a childβs eye level under the cafe counter stating that you should allow time to consume your food within your allocated time. If somebody else was at the counter you wouldnβt have seen it. We said that this sign should have been placed where you book in alongside the sign which read only food bought on the premises can be consumed there. We had to pay up because our shoes were behind the counter. Such a shame, we will return but go elsewhere to eat.

Nov22 Recently went back, I'm not sure if the management has changed but it's NOT as welcoming. The staff member came across as very passive-aggressive, she was rude and unfriendly and made it awkward for everyone within the group expressing, a real lack of tact to be in management. Great place to go. Can get a bit rowdy depending on the crowd and out-of-term times but the kids have a blast here... Affordable and the Staff are friendly. Need more social places like this in the DA+ areas.

We've been here several times, starting in 2021. Kids are now 3 and 6 and they love it. There are separate areas for babies and toddlers, the biggest area is for age 4 and up but our 3yo loves it. Well priced with a cafe serving drinks and light lunches. There is no parking but you can use Morrisons opposite for free. Unlike a lot of other soft play / kids spaces it is also really well managed. It was a bit hit and miss when it first opened but has settled down, and the staff and service are now excellent. It does get busy and chaotic because it's full of small children but the space is well thought out and you can always get a seat. They are also working to expand services and partnerships with other local providers which is great. They have also continued to improve the look and feel with murals and other finishing touches, which I think shows the attention to detail that is reassuring. Overall excellent and we will keep coming as long as the kids like it!

Cannot rate here enough. Faultless. Recently hired for our sons birthday with private hire and the staff were fantastic. They went above and beyond and were simply fantastic. The soft play was clean and the staff were so welcoming and great with the children too. The food was plentiful and fresh and guests commented on how good the party and place was. They were experieneced with individual needs and aware and conscious of allergies. Would highly reccommend. Do not have one bad word to say. Simply faultless.
