Unfortunately, we had a very disappointing experience at Flip Out E6. The venue was extremely cold and not well maintained. We were informed that the waiting time for food would be around an hour, which was far from ideal. As I visited with my baby, the temperature was so low that I couldn’t even take her gloves off. The coffee area was messy, with tables not properly cleaned, and the overall cleanliness of the place was poor. This venue used to be enjoyable and well run, but sadly that no longer seems to be the case.

We just had my son’s 9th birthday here and it was great! So many things to do, the kids loved it! Fahad was our party organiser and he was lovely. He made sure it went really smoothly and helped us with the food and timings. Really polite staff. We were in the fantasy room with the tree chair and the kids loved it. Very easy on the 58 bus from Leyton. The 11am party slot was not at all busy and I found it pretty clean actually! Thanks again Fahad, you were brilliant!

Really disappointing afternoon out. The place looks really run down from the outside, and sadly just as bad on the inside. The trampolines were either stretched and not bouncy, or pulled too tight. The 'drop slide' looked like an accident waiting to happen. Oh, and it smelled like cheesy feet. Be warned...and try somewhere else.

Fun for kids but honestly the place has gone downhill since we last came in 2019. Back then it was clean, fresh and had a great vibe — now it feels dirty, worn out and neglected. The carpet and seating are filthy, there’s a strong smell (like mice/rats), and the whole place badly needs a refurb and deep clean. We were told to arrive 30 mins early, but they didn’t open until 10am. By the time we got in it was 10:10, yet the receptionist told us our session had “already started.” To make it worse, they ended our session 5 minutes early too — so we lost time at both ends despite paying full price. I also bought a slushie from the café which had black bits floating in it and had to throw it away. This used to be an excellent place, now it’s just a shadow of its former self. Has potential, but right now it feels unfair, unhygienic and very poorly managed.

The staff is unprofessional and not well mannered. All the rules to follow like not 2 people jumping on the same trampoline were not supervised and I had to be telling off other kids to take care of my nephews. The staff were just talking without paying attention and they were also eating crips during their work getting the trampolines dirty when it's supposed to be one of the other rules: no food allowed. They were very lazy and, even though it was not crowded at all, they didn't want to open two of the activities because they were sitting down relaxing. So I had to complain and then they did. I have to also mention the caves were dirty as we found empty bottles as well as some empty bags of snacks inside. It's a shame these young people who don't want to work get this jobs because people deserve to have their money worth and I strongly believe this is the reason this place is empty! I went with my sister and 2 nephews and even though we enjoyed together, it was upsetting finding this scenario. It could be an amazing place to enjoy this activities with a better staff and management for sure. Not going back unless I'm informed the service had improved.

Lots of improvements done since I visited last in 2018. Staff is very friendly and helpful, all area looked clean and well maintained. Good sound and lighting’s. Best in the area and far better than one in Stratford.

The place is sure big and nice for children but the attractions are limited and half of them closed, out of order or patched together with tapes. Nice to spend 1hr with friends or a couple of hours to let your child spend some energy but don't expect more than basic trampoline jumps. All the exciting activities and the adv you can see on the website are closed.

We visited the E6 branch of Flip Out with my teenage son for a 1 hour experience. Nice trampoline park with separate jumping areas for toddlers and older children. Also has a rock climbing area and a couple of slides. Some of the attractions were closed when we visited. Facility also has a cafeteria which serves some basic menu including burger and pizza. Wasn't too crowded when we visited. Good place for families with children to spend a couple of hours or even conduct Birthday parties.
