   We enjoy ourselves when we come here, the 4 slides together are great fun for families to go down together (kids love it!) There is loads to do and loads of different routes so you can play hide and seek or race a family member. But... the price is way too expensive, £41 for me, an 8 year old and a 4 year old. The cafe (when I first came had loads of choices) advertises pastries, hot drinks, cakes, however there is never any sweet treats and no other food, the counter is bare apart from some biscuits (which is £2.50 for 3 custard creams!) The hot chocolate I ordered not only took ages to come but was £4.95 and the cup was only half filled. Remember to bring £1 for a locker (which you get back) or you will be forced to buy a token from the cafe if you need a locker for 50p (which you dont get back).

   Came here for the first time with my 18 month old son, I pre-booked minutes before and went straight in. My wife and her sister stayed outside due to the price per adult but think they've made it that way to limit the number of people. My son absolutely loved the dinosaurs, enjoyed the baby play area but mostly loved playing in the main area with slides, a giant ball and a ball pit. Although busy, people were respectful and made space for each other. There wasn't much guidance when I first went in so only realised there were lockers after and saw others had taken shoes off etc. I'd recommend taking your kids there as a treat. We didn't bother with the cafe. 3 star mainly due to price

   My daughter absolutely loves this place. We have come here a couple times. We went in the beginning of Nov 2025 for her 5th birthday. You have to book online in advance as it's usually fully booked on the day. They have allocated play times, everyone leaves at the same time, to give them time to refresh before the next session starts. Unfortunately you can't bring your own food and drink here. It's a bit expensive and they only accept card for payment of anything.

   The soft play itself is good, but it’s massively overpriced — £48 for two adults and two children, with adults charged £7 each, which feels unnecessary. It’s also not very accommodating, as buggies must be left downstairs, which is really inconvenient if you have more than one child or a toddler who needs a nap. The 1h30 session is standard, but not long enough to enjoy everything. A shame, because the facilities could be great if the overall experience wasn’t so disappointing.

   Up there with the best soft plays we have been to in Kent. I would say this and Monkey Bizz are the best however this is a lot more expensive. £24 for one adult and one child. I thought the lockers would be digital being Bluewater but they need a pound. You can buy a trolley token from the cafe inside for 50p. You get your pound/50p token back. The soft play is clean and although fully booked, I didn't find it over packed. The dino area was also something different and Evie enjoyed it. Sand to play in, fossil area to dig and also colour your own dinosaur which you can then place in the computer and it puts it onto the digital screen. Overall, definitely a once in a time treat due to the price but a very nice experience. Staff were friendly. Not so much some of the kids allowed to roam free from parents doing whatever they wanted (saw one kid throw sand in another kids eyes). Did not try the cafe food.

   My kids loved playing here, it is a great place to let kids burn off all the extra energy. Also really cool dinosaur displays, play areas, and sand pit. The place is clean, staff are friendly too!

   Doors open approximately 10 mins before allotted time, normally a queue outside but this goes quickly as they let everyone in. There is a lift to get to main level. Place is very large with 2 levels of soft play, they have pedal bikes there too. There is a decent cafe and seemed to be enough seats for the adults to sit down at. Seemed safe enough to let my 6 and 9 yr old run around by themselves, it was quite busy, but didn't seem overly packed. Toilets were clean enough and the cafe was stocked with the usual drinks and snacks for the kids and the coffee was decent. Staff seemed ok, although it is up to you to police your kids once inside, so they need to be confident and old enough to run around by themselves unless you want to get stuck in with them. Sessions are 90 mins. Seems pricey at around £13 per child and £5 per adult, but compared to other soft plays it's not too bad as it is larger than others and the children said it had good slides and was the best one they had been to recently. It's located in bluewater next to the cinema. Creams is next to it ask if you fancy an ice cream for a treat after. Overall recommend.

   A brilliant place to take your children so they can burn some of that unlimited energy! Also adults get to join in too, which I thought would be fun until I was forced to contort myself through holes I should never have tried to get through whilst kids landed on my head and kicked me every 5 minutes. Tons for children to do there and it's ran very well, nice and clean with epic huge dinosaurs everywhere! 100% recommend!

   Read the reviews and was a little apprehensive after spending £30 on 2 kids and 2 adults... Wow... the place is insane, it was spotlessly clean, there were numerous members of staff around at all times. The play equipments was huge, spacious and had so many entrances and exits of all varieties, my kids found something new on every adventure in ! There were slides, nets, steps, ladders, race track, ball pits, and triple it all ! The toddler area was also one of the biggest i have come across ! I cant comment on the cafe as we only had drinks as we ate elsewhere afterwards. My girls were exhausted after Dinatropolis, i would highly reccommend it, we travelled to Bluewater from Bognor and was the perfect pitstop for our day of shopping to keep the kids happy.
