Glynis and the team are amazing. Fokd bank, coffee mornings, line dancing, comunity support events. A place to call the Heart of North Woolwich & West Silvertown.

Poor customer service. I had a program there on 13/07/24. A deposit of£250 was made for the hall. I had been calling and sending emails but still my money had not been refunded. II called today to enquire about my deposit. The lady I spoke to was very rude and unprofessional. She just hanged the phone on me as I was expressing my self to her. I will be very happy if the company can allow people with manners and good customer service handle the phone. How can such person look after our kids for us. What kind of education can she pass on to our children.

This place and it's staff, are genuinely amazing. They provide an excellent service, maintain a caring and nurturing environment and really care about what they do. They treat the kids like extended family, and my kids adore being there.

Summer Camp - My son joined the summer camp last week. He seems to enjoy the activities and playing with other kids. My son (5yr old) was push twice and got hurt. He didn't complain about it to the care takers but I brought the issue to their attention to check how they handle the situation. It concerns me that the person I was speaking, straight away started the blame game and didn't try to win my son's confidence so that he can go to her next time to complain. I don't want to blame the entire team who take care of the children but it definitely created a doubt in mind if I did the right thing to admit my son to RDLAC summer camp.

I visited this event to have an insight into the projects of the past and future developments for the community at large. It was very interesting and allowed me to know what is happening and how challenges are in place to make the Newham area eco- friendly and incorporating sports and activities for our younglins to gather and participate. Leaders who have gained a grant spoke of the present and future plans on how they are shaping the area to endorse a community togetherness for everyone to participate. I was very impressed and hoping to give my ideas to help and support the different group within my community.

I went there recently every week , because I go to the food bank which is right next to the learning Centre.

This is an excellent place for the local people. Many of us use the hall for gathering and birthday party. Every Friday there is one Jummah prayer held in this centre. During Ramadan Taraweeh is held in the centre. The rent is very reasonable.

Fantastic place to visit. A welcoming community centre with multi purpose rooms for hire. Loads of activities throughout the week and non stop events. Activities for everyone from toddlers to children to over 50's.
