   My mom had a fall in hospital last year so I got in touch with Irwin Mitchell to see if she had a claim for medical negligence. After giving them all the details, they investigated and told me that my Mom had a valid claim. Jennifer Shipley was appointed as the solicitor and she and her team were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. I was kept informed all the way through and Jen and her team were always available to answer any questions I had and kept me regularly informed of any progress. I won my mom’s claim earlier this year although she won’t benefit as she sadly passed away at Christmas. Jennifer actually attended my moms funeral which was a lovely touch. Irwin Mitchell are very lucky to have Jennifer Shipley. If you think that you might have a medical negligence claim then there’s only one place to call and that’s Irwin Mitchell.
