   Absolutely stay away. We booked a deluxe party to get there and be told to set up our birthday decorations anywhere. We had booked the deluxe package so we had a party room, only to be told they didn't have one for us. We were also told, no party bags, even though they were included in the price. The floors in the toilets were filthy, the whole place needs a good clean. Health and safety will be informed. The staff didn't even care they ruined our grandsons birthday. Stay away, book somewhere else

   Well this soft play I am never go back with my kids there because my child was pushed from a slide,an I was told for the pep who works there nobody not even care and that was not a first time when accident was happens in this play ground,kids going with a drinks and snacks inside in the play area , parents walking with a shoes in the soft play area so that not very clean

   We had our grandsons 4th birthday party here it was absolutely amazing. Bonnie & Samantha were amazing went above & beyond. The little buffet was just perfect & plenty of it for the adults to polish off when the children were finished. My grandson had the best time. Thank you ladies

   Place incredible dirty and disgusting, dust everywhere, toys broken, dangerous for kids. This place must shut or take serious actions to meet hygiene and security standard. I really have no idea when this place has been cleaned and maintained last time. Unfortunately I can’t rate with zero stars. Please don’t go there.

   Could use a lot of improvements. Quite dirty inside. No toilet paper in the loos. Their card machine is always "broken". Hardly any room for adults to sit. coffee server boiling and the list goes on. Parents stay away.

   The place is dingy, run down with furniture torn and one sofa missing legs with a sign saying not to sit on it - should have been removed immediately. Definitely won't be taking my grandchildren there again- they should not be charging £5 per child.

   Very disappointed with the level of hygiene of this place. Arrived at 10 am with very few children to find all the toys, the soft area extremely dirty, full of hair, dust and sticky. We only have been there for half an hour or less! As a matter of the fact my son has been severely ill with a gastrointestinal virus just the day after we have been there! I would Never recommend this place and I will never go there again.
