I am a support worker for children with additional needs. On Monday last week I attended with a young man who let’s just say left a big mess that most people would absolutely hate. I wanted the ground to open up and swallow me however the new manager who I’ve been told her name is Els was absolutely wonderful, helpful and put me at ease. It wasn’t a pleasant situation and she helped a lot. Very lovely young lady. I felt awful and she put me at ease and told me not to worry.

Been here prior to the refurbishment and it was good but now it’s really great. The climbing frame is large for kids to have tons of fun and the setup still allows parents to keep an eye on their little ones. They have space for parties and it doesn’t feel crowded when one is happening. The cafe has a good selection of food and snacks. Will definitely be back.

I found the fund drum line by exploring a few different places to take the kids different to the standard places in and around Bluewater area. Initially was quite hard to find, but as long as you follow the satnav, you’ll be there. Quite a bit of parking just outside the unit, reception desk as you walk in. Large adventure play area full of everything you need all under one roof, overall wasn’t bad price for the two children and two adults. There seemed to be a lot of people walking around staff wise on the facility and all seemed to be busy enough. Lots for the kids to do but is a small amusements inside which I think should be made cheaper or removed as can make the overall more expensive. Cafe and menu was reasonably priced and toilets clean. I would recommend this for all ages from around 4+

The price to get in is more expensive than most other soft plays, you also have to pay for adults and also for 0-23 months so if you have newborn you’re expected to pay £4. The food is over priced for what it is I brought 5 cookies and it cost £10.80 which I was slightly shocked about and the lady said well it’s cheaper than costa. My friend brought some drinks which came to £16.80 so all in all a very expensive experience. Another thing that was disappointing was that we was all rushed out and asked to leave at 4.05pm the session ended at 4 so we was putting shoes and coats on and the man who works there asked us to leave in the middle of trying to get the kids ready. Never have experienced this in any other soft plays. We won’t be returning.

Not being local we found this place after doing a Google search. We were greeted politely and given a quick run down of the rules about wearing socks and certain play areas being for certain age groups. Very sensible as bigger kids can get a bit boisterous. We didn't eat a meal here but if I'd realised the quality before booking elsewhere, we would have as it looked lovely. Importantly - the place was spotless, the staff all lovely. Highly recommended if you're in the locale.

Great place, we thoroughly enjoyed it. There were staff milling around cleaning and dusting. Something they must do frequently, as we were there when they opened and it was already pretty spotless. There is an area for under 24m olds, an area for up to 5yr olds and an area for 6 and over. All with loads of different challenges. Our 2yr old loved it! However a little surprised the big slide wasnt open (no idea why). They have a wide selection of food and drink. If your thinking of eating then get the kids meal deal included in the ticket price as that works out cheaper than buying it separately. We didnt try the food so I cant vouch for quality, but the drinks were nice. Toilets with disabled and baby change available. Loved the rules they had for safe and considerate operation too.

I'll start by saying my kids enjoyed it, so my gripes are only from an adults perspective. We went on a Saturday afternoon, it wasn't particularly busy. There's two sections, a 2-5yr old and a 6+ area. There's also a small track with electric cars that you pay £1 a go for. The 6+ area has a huge slide but that was sectioned off with no explanations so unsure if that's always the case. The two play areas are pretty small in comparison to other soft plays. The food is extortionate, there's also a sign saying no external food and drink. We got a "shard" burger for £7, doesn't come with chips and I actually burst out laughing when it was bought over, definitely not worth £7 (see photos)! Cups of tea were £2 each too. Definitely the most expensive soft play Cafe I've ever experienced. We wouldn't go back, there's plenty of other bigger, cheaper soft plays in the area.

We took two under 2's along and they had a great time. Initially it didn't look like there was enough to keep them occupied as the areas are broken down by age but actually it was fine and not having older kids knocking them over is a good idea. It would be a good idea to have some bouncy mats upstairs that I have seen in other places however that the kids really love. The space was very clean and we had our own table allocated which was great. Adults and kids have to wear socks so remember to bring some along. We went for the kids meal deal with the entry which is good value but the chicken nuggets weren't very popular as they were too big and chewy. Overall we had a great couple of hours and I can recommend Fun Drum
