Great fun for kids. With loads of activities. You book 1 hour sessions. My daughter cant jave enough even after 1 hour. A lot of tramploines, some slides and other interesting attractions. They have climbing experience here to. But that is separate from main tramploin floor. There is considetable size cafe with food and refreshments

2hrs of great fun. Lots to do, the slide, basketball and dodge arena being hot spots. Have done clip and climb too and loved it! Went on a Sunday but didn’t feel at all crowded. Helpful staff and clean toilets. Also free lockers to put your belongings.

A great place to bring kids of all ages. We had a 4 year old, and a 10,11 & 13 year old and was trying to find something that suited them all. I was confused by the website as I thought there must be a price to just do everything but there wasn’t, so we didn’t book in advance like advised.. and was lucky to still get in last minute. They should definitely have a deal that is everything included rather than bits here and there. We ended up paying for the jump and climb combo for the older ones and the jump and soft play for the younger one. If you haven’t got grip socks, you will need to buy some there which isn’t a bad price considering it’s like a souvenir to take home. There was a jug of water and cups at the side of both climbing walls and trampolines for people to help themselves to which was good. We ordered some drinks and snacks through the app to order to the table by soft play and it seemed to take a long time for them to come? I had to give one of the kids money to get something from the vending machine whilst we waited, and something got stuck, so I had to ask for help at the main desk. They were quick and helpful with that. When it came to climbing, we were left a bit confused as to whether we were supper to wait and let someone strap the kids up with the equipment or whether you were suppose to do it yourself which I thought couldn’t be right because of safety. I had to go ask someone. They didn’t really look like they knew what they were doing when it came to putting on the harness.. luckily someone else came along and took over. It said supervisor on their back which made me feel better.. but then there wasn’t really much information given by them. It was lots of sitting and waiting and then they finally said just another 15mins and we’ll start the video you need to watch. More signs and communication would have been nice. There was about 32 climbing walls that were included in the jump and climb, they’re pretty good to be honest. The kids started off a bit scared at first, then built up the courage to get to the tops, trying different ones. The toilets needed attending to as they were gross, even the kids said they were dirty. Overall it was a good day out. We spent longer here than I thought we would.. but it definitely needs more attention and staffing in certain areas. Also, Could have done with another member of staff on the air slides, as there was just one member of staff that had to close one and open the other and then gonna to the other one when a child asked.

There is a viewing and seating area for parents while the kids play. The playground is very large, especially suitable for allergic children and it is airy. It cannot be said that the party rooms are very large. but ideal for kids. As a meal, pizza, nuggets , cips and garlic bread are served. It is very filling with fruit juice. happy child happy parent

My tot loves JS - she loves jumping and experimenting all her skills there. Recently, she tried out her climbing skills and seems like it will be a busy 2023 with her honing her climbing skills then. Clean place, good for kids and all, cafe with ok options for a place like this and no complaints.

Kids will love Jump Street! Trampolines, Clip and Climb and soft play. There's something for everyone. You can get blocks of an hour in whichever you like or do a combo. Would highly recommend it. Parking can be a challenge at peak and booking is recommended

Wish we had places like this when I was growing up. Absolutely huge, so many activities and things for the kids to do, the clip n climb is great, the cafe was large and pretty decent (although I believe you can’t pay with cash, not really an issue), parking is easy with a massive car park, a great day out…

Went to the Clip and Climb part of this large indoor complex. Wasn't particularly busy considering just after Christmas. Staff were very good at clipping and unclipping after our group climbed each wall. Good selection of walls to choose from. Plenty of other options at this venue which all seemed a lot busier than the climbing section. There is a cafe here too with plenty of seats. Parking is a bit limited. There was no spaces as we were leaving so maybe best to try and go earlier when likely to be quieter.
