   Unprofessional, they agree with you on a certain price, and then at the signature/completion time they will ask for more money. Because they now you have already paid deposit and it’s too late to go to another solicitor.

   I am disgusted by the service that I have received! I have never experienced this type of service with anyone. Extremely unprofessional solicitors, who takes forever to respond to messages and calls, lack of communication is an actual joke! The whole process took forever and when called in to go and sign, their receptionist lady is very rude! but I’d figured they quoted me low so I guess you get what you pay for and then you get the total bill and the nerve on them to add an extra £1500 is absolutely ridiculous! A total of £3000 for this horrible service I received, I wish I went to another firm to deal with my property because the stress this place has caused me has drained me completely, they can’t do simple things to let their clients know what is happening and when it comes to the point you have to pay them, they call you continuously for payment, greedy and good for nothing. I highly recommend no one to use this firm as you will just regret your whole journey with them.

   ** OVERALL FANTASTIC - exchange / completion done in 5 weeks ** Just as a point to note, I have no prior dealings with M.Sajid who dealt with my conveyancing process start to finish. I setup a meeting with Sajid to discuss my mortgage offer and LIMITED timescales we were working with. My particular situation I was looking at a New Build initially and due to the lack of progress I started to persue (old) fully build properties. From my offer acceptance phaze they had 6 weeks to process the entire transaction. Now having done abit of research into the conveyancing process I started to think 5/6 weeks will be doubtful as normally lead times are 3-5months based on the situation. We had our searches ready and funds secured in principal within 4weeks and waiting on vendors who were dragging their feet. We managed to exchange and complete with a couple of days to spare on my mortgage offer. In such a turbulent financial times with the banking sector you never know what was going to happen. Overall my experience was pleasant and I thought the solicitor was extremely knowledgeable when briefing me on the new build/old property contract packs. All red flags were highlighted and queried with vendors solicitors prior to our contract exchange.

   Murtazah arranged my commercial lease, I paid and trusted him to act in my best interests. However he never did register my lease even though he charged me an additional fee to do so. My lease has now expired and I'm trying renew. I'm in a legal limbo with the landlord who is trying to end my occupation due to reasons I should have been advised on by my solicitor. I'm paying out my nose fighting this in court. My advice to you "Don't put your interests at risk by using incompetent people" he didn't have the decency to call or respond to my requests for assistance, save yourself the bother and find a reliable solicitor!

   Disgraceful!!! Never use these lawyers!!! If I could give less than 1 star I would. They never answer the phone, receptionists are rude! My sale was delayed and I nearly lost my new home because of their late delay in processing everything and their horrific lack of communication! I couldn’t stress enough on never using this company!!!!!!!
