I was shocked when Hatton James Legal attempted to pressure me into writing a positive review in exchange for free legal advice, especially as they were the party threatening to sue me due to nonpayment from my former employers. Representative from the firm called Justin or Jaspal. Requires work on customer service and not cutting the phone of people. In this day and age of 2023 it is beyond me that professions that are supposed to uphold high ethics do not have basics manners, will talk over people and when you're asking to finish what you're saying you are spoken over and told you're welcome to get a second opinion. The irony is when I then asked for the persons name (twice) they cut the phone off. I had to go through my voicemail just to hear the person's name. There's a. Assumption this gentleman made, told me my options are limited as did not even let me explain that I had explored different options... So essentially what he was getting at was that there's nothing he could do and it would be a waste of their time. Great service! Avoid! I'm sure I'll get a big standard reply now of folly and no common sense. However, if you can't hold a basic conversation where is the hope! Probably a good thing this experience was gained to make me know it's just about the money! P.s a response is not required to justify your poor service.
