   This concerns the quality of provision of Focus Music, not venue hire - I’m concerned that negative reviews of the venue are being linked to the music teaching, which is superb. We now have in-school guitar lessons from Focus Music, having moved away from another provider. We are extremely satisfied with the quality of teaching - a vast improvement on previous experiences.The communication, through the school’s system or direct emailing/phoning/messaging is also first rate. Couldn’t be happier!

   Management of the building has recently been moved to someone named Jane. Prior to this move, conversation was amazing and customer service was great, after this move it can only be described as a nightmare. We reserved this venue as a small pre wedding event, and it ended up being more stressful than a 300 person main wedding due to management. Ever since Jane took over its been an absolute nightmare. She never responds to correspondence, claims things are done on her side when it's not, then blames you for it. For example, she asked for the deposit before even sending a contract, then claims the contract has been sent (it wasnt) and then proceed to ask for the deposit anyway or we'll lose our reservation. After our booking it was said we will receive our deposit within 7 days. It has been 5 months and I've only got it now. That's after consistently chasing Jane and having barely any response from her. Jane was adamant this has been payed and did not bother to respond at all after. Randomly I got my deposit yesterday, we used the venue in November. The staff on site are wonderful but management is appalling. Never in my life have I seen a professional run something so poorly. She acts as though her mistakes are your fault and you're in the wrong for wanting things to be done at least some what normally. I'm unsure if this is because the venue no longer does private bookings and is now just a dance class? In the case that they still do, please learn from me and avoid like the plague until management is fixed.

   Great place for an event such as birthday and all. I've attended birthday parties here several times. Modern, enough parking spaces. It should take around 300 guests.

   Great and spacious community Centre. We had a birthday party here and the hall was just he right fit. Location is strategic and they have lots of parking spaces and lovely green pastures. Their kitchen is nice and their service workers are friendly but strict.
