I have been dealing with Moseleys as an executor of my late mothers estate. So have dealt with two solicitors Rachel Wright for conveyancing and Maxine Burke for probate. I cannot imagine it could have gone any smoother in both cases or with anyone else. Emails were answered promptly, usually within an hour and many times by return and important documents were even delivered by hand on one occasion. Costs were in line with their quotes which were extremely competitive compared to other Lichfield solicitors that originally had the job but were nigh on nearly un-contactable. Full marks, I have already been recommending to friends and family.

Selling our house and buying a new property through Moseleys has been a brilliant experience. Rachel Wright (our solicitor) responded quickly and efficiently to my initial enquiry and thereafter has been simply amazing. Our estate agents were impressed with how quickly draft contracts for the sale were drawn up and Rachel has been really good at at our new property, which because it is a new build has had a number of legal issues. We couldn't be in better hands to make us feel that the whole process was watertight. Rachel has always responded when we have had questions and her secretary, Sharon, couldn't have been more helpful when she was needed. Both of them ensured that the whole process was as stress free as it could have been. I can't thank them enough as this has been so stress free and I can only say that when you need a solicitor to move house, Rachel, with Sharon would be a great choice. The purchase turned out to be very complicated, with difficulties over the title and its registration at the Land Registry. Rachel was absolutely brilliant and managed to sort out the contract and chase down the Land Registry to resolve all of the problems. She kept us informed at all stages of the process and couldn't have been more supportive or helpful. After a huge amount of work, Rachel got our purchase over the line and we are so pleased. I doubt if we could have got through this purchase without such a brilliant solicitor. I can't recommend Rachel highly enough. At all stages I felt confident in the advice that Rachel was giving to us. Her knowledge and expertise supported us through a prolonged purchase. She was simply brilliant. All of the staff at Moseleys were similarly brilliant, from reception staff and Rachel's secretary, Sharon. All of them were courteous and really helpful when I rang or contacted them. You couldn't wish for a better team to handle your purchase. They are highly recommended.
