   As a beneficiary of my late nans estate I must say communication has been shocking. Documents asked for repeatedly, given time frames for release of documents and the date passed without even a single reply. Very untransparent with house sale, asset management and all details. And the executor of the estate has been advised to block all communication with me. Very suspicious behaviour and hopefully this review may help get some answers.. OVERALL - seems like a 5 star solicitor if your an executor with not the best intentions. But 1 star for everyone else involved.

   I was really hoping Roxy would be my solicitor after all the positive reviews I'd seen but I was made to feel pretty uncomfortable and if there was something wrong with my instruction (there isn't). It's not normally a pre-requisite to live near the solicitor - and even if that's their preference I could have been told this politely after at the quote stage (to save all of our time) but I received a quote and was then very surprised how negatively I was treated in the office. I just went to another solicitor in Cotteridge and they were totally happy to have my business - so it's a shame!

   What a difference- what can we say, having used other solicitors who had been unhelpful and even caused major issues for us, Roxy and the team were a breathe of fresh air. Kept in the loop, able to contact them easily, documents explained to us (so helpful when trying to understand legal terms as a lay person) being both kind and professional was a relief. Roxy keeping our sale progressing smoothly and at pace and then further along took on our purchase. We finally feel confident our solicitors had our back and this has really reduced my stress levels during a relocation and a very long journey having had a chain collapse on exchange date and been trying to move for over a year . We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Roxy and the team to anyone!

   The service we received from Roxy and the team at David Bunn and Co for our property sale and purchase was excellent. We were kept in the loop at all times, they were always quick to respond and they were very helpful. Roxy spent time with us in her office and went through all the documents we needed to sign and the things that we needed to look out for in the searches. It was so reassuring especially during a process where we felt like we didn't really know what was going on. You hear so many horror stories about solicitors and we had our own from our first house purchase but our experience was completely different this time around thanks to Roxy and the team.

   6 out of 5 stars! Got the key just 2.5 months after nominating Roxy team. They are very responsive to answer your quires. All the purchase documents are detail and clear. You are also flexible enough with assist of e-sign off. Cost is definitely not a matter when you compared others (I am not saying it's cheapest but it must not be expensive). Also credit to MFG from seller team to complete this purchase shortly. Cheers.
