    I have found Daniel ShenSmith and his colleague Imran Kalam extremely unhelpful and unprofessional. I had a motoring case for which I required advice on and had several meetings with Daniel ShenSmith and Imran Kalam which required me spending hundreds of pounds on and on every occasion I never got any useful information or advice and while my case was pending every time I had a simple and basic question, for which I only required a simple yes or no answer to, they would not provide any kind of support despite me being a customer and having already spent hundreds of pounds with them, instead each time they would say I need to have a conference meeting with Daniel and Imran, which would result in me spending more money. Yet when I finally received a summons to attend Magistrates court for my motoring conviction, ShenSmith Barristers suddenly changed their tune and all of a sudden were very friendly and constantly calling me, requesting I hire Daniel ShenSmith to represent me in court at a exceptionally high price. It was like they were very concerned about my case all of a sudden, simply a tactic in order to get me to spend more money with their firm. Due to their unprofessional work ethic and experience I initially received, I made the wise decision not use ShenSmith Barristers to represent me in court, despite their constant telephone calls and requests and used a different Barrister at a much lower price and am happy to say that I was awarded with a positive decision in court as a result. I strongly recommend that you do NOT use ShenSmith Barristers, as you all they will do is try to get you to spend more and money and have no interest in helping you succeed.
