   An absolutely amazing 4th birthday party for our son. The whole process from booking to the actual party was pretty seamless and very easy. Arlette is an absolute joy to work with and such a great manager. The whole place was so clean and service from the team was impeccable. Highly recommend them and am sure we will back for our little one’s birthday as well.

   We celebrated our daughter’s birthday at Kids Space. The setting is wonderful: lots of different play areas, something for everyone. The children had so much fun and the parents were able to relax. The staff were very kind and helpful. I highly recommend it.

   We recently celebrated our daughter 3rd birthday here, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish! The team was incredibly helpful and supportive throughout the entire planning process, making everything feel easy and stress-free. On the day of the party, their support continued — we felt truly taken care of. Communication was excellent, and every detail was handled with care and professionalism. All of our guests had a wonderful time, and most importantly, our daughter had an amazing day filled with fun and joy. We’re so happy we chose The Kids Place for such a special occasion. Highly recommended!

   LOVE LOVE LOVE this kids space! Bright, inviting and stimulating activities to get on with! It’s a wonderful environment always filled with happy faces and the space is perfect for children to ‘network’ & build a number of skills, including social, communication, logical, physical and imagination! Equipped with loos as well as feeding & changing stations, it’s a no brainer! This place is perfect to visit multiple times and let the little ones blow off some steam!! Highly recommend!

   Great setting but was overcrowded when we went - only reason I’m giving it a 4* instead of 5* plus the absence of a cafe. Apart from that I was really impressed. Having visited the old venue last year and other London soft play venues, this place has a lot to offer but for the cheaper price, expect bigger crowds especially on a rainy day, which is when we went!

   My grandson was playing with a toy and some other kid came and took it from him and he started crying. Staff is really rude, they were looking badly at me and my grandson the entire time as they were bothered why he cried loudly. They didnt say anything but the looks they were giving... not fair. If you cannot stand crying children, then put a board outside "only happy kids welcomed"

   I am so sorry to have to be the first review and leave one start, but my experience in this place was terrible. My son zohan wanted to go here when we went shopping so I gave it a go. Firstly, the staff members are really rude, with both kids and parents. They have this "annoyed face" look all the time. Secondly, the place itself and the toys are really dirty, like nobody ever bothers cleaning after closing every day. Thirdly, and this is more personal but I must say it, my son caught covid from this place. He has not been anywhere else. Now all of us are ill unfortunately. I think I would have rated this place better if the environment was friendly, but it isn't at all.
