Even in the unprecedented issues caused by Covid lockdowns and restrictions their service has been second to none. Initially some years ago in the writing of my parents Wills, and more recently with Sharan Sohal in the dealing with subsequent Probate and estate distribution matters, Also , Sharan's expertise in additionally preparing of my wife's and my Wills.

   This company has a camera controlled carpark that operates beyond their opening hours. Therefore, if you pull on to it, you'll be fined by a parking company. I wonder if this shows that a company that acts like this is all about making money and nothing to do with ethics or justice or just being kind to the community? NB: the first part is factual and in the public domain. The last part is a question.

   Very poor service took nearly 4 years to sort out my grandads will 3 and half years to claim for my grandads life insurance. Then sadly my gran passed away they kept delaying giving us the will so we could send it to the estate agents when we eventually got the will it was for the wrong person not my gran there attitude was wriop it up took another 2 weeks to eventually get the right will the solicitor involved won't even talk to you or respond to emails my gran passed away 2 and half years ago and we are still waiting for them to apply for the grant of probate. I would never recommend them also when my aunty passed away in 2p18 I took them her death certificate bank cards bank statement birth certificate and guess what they lost it all promised to replace them free of charge because would be needed for probate and as of May 2022 they still haven't when I contacted the register Office they have never applied for them then as of October 21 2022 still waiting for grant of probate the solicitor who was dealing with it left never told us only because I chased them up I was informed qhe left 3 to 4 weeks before hand the new solicitor never contacted me to even say he was taking over the case and Jo Johnson I have been waiting for a call back from since June I would 100% definitely not recommend this company to anyone my aunty passed away 4 years in December and they still haven't got things sorted I had exactly the same problem when my grandad passed away and still going through it with my grans estate and its been 2 years

   The worst solicitors I have had to deal with. I used them to sort out my mom's estate and it was a nightmare (which is an understatement). It's taken over 2 years and there was lots of false promises. Even making the final payout I've had to chase them as there were numerous errors and even then I was short changed. I would suggest going elsewhere especially as a few of the negative reviews are based on the probate service which is not surprising. I will definitely be making another formal complaint at some point as not the level of service I would expect and is definitely not what you need when grieving and trying to finalise everything.
