   I approached Kang's to help with an investigation by the insolvency service regarding director conduct before the liquidation of a company. After an initial chat with Tim from Kang's, a meeting was arranged and the issue discussed. A reply to the initial questionnaire that outlined the facts was drafted and sent. This resulted in the investigation being closed by the insolvency service. Although I could have replied to the initial insolvency questions myself, having the backing of Kang's with the know how in how to reply in the best way, gave me piece of mind that I was giving myself the best chance of having the investigation closed. Extremely satisfied with the outcome and highly recommended.
