   Simon and the team have measured and fitted numerous carpets and vinyl flooring for us, over the years. As well as, furniture deliveries from upstairs in the Ashton's department. We've recently just had new stairs carpet and again, the service and installation was top notch! Can't wait for our new vinyl for the garage conversion and just know it'll be another superb job. Thanks for all your help, again.

   Earlier this year, I had made an appointment to see a staff member to show me the kind of carpet I was looking for. At the time, I was undergoing chemotherapy and was too unwell to spend a long time in store looking at their stock. They had confirmed the appointment and assured me that they would help me. When my daughter and I arrived in store at the confirmed time, the staff looked at us and gave us “dirty looks” which was totally uncalled for. My daughter and I immediately felt uncomfortable. We noticed that one staff member was chatting on the office phone, while ALL the other staff members were sitting at a desk, looking at their mobile phones and chatting amongst each other. Not one of them got up off their chair to ask if they could help us. I told them I had an appointment. One staff member got up and pointed to some carpets at the entrance. She made us feel that we were bothering her. Her attitude was bad. A few minutes later, I asked one of them to give me pricing and details about some carpets that we liked. Again, there was no enthusiasm and again she made us feel that we were bothering her. During our visit, everyone was on their mobile phones, chatting etc. We were the only customers in the store. If they had been more helpful, I would have purchased my carpet from them. We felt soooo uncomfortable that we left without saying goodbye. The following day, I went to Wrexham Carpets. Steve was so very helpful and he went above and beyond. My carpet was beautifully fitted. I would HIGHLY recommend visiting Wrexham Carpets. The staff at Rhossdu Carpets could learn a thing or two about customer services. I will NEVER recommend this carpet store to anyone!!!!

   Would recommend - friendly, polite, welcoming staff. No pushy sales people! Fitter came out and measured up stairs and ensuite. Did a fantastic job, absolutely thrilled with it. Very good price, not expensive.
