   RLK did a very proficient job with the sale of my Dad's retirement flat and I am more than happy to recommend. The buyer sold at auction which gave us just a month in the event for the conveyancing, exchange and completion and it all went to plan. RLK's approach was thorough but sensibly pragmatic, which compensated for some exasperation on my part about where things were up to as time got tight. We are so used now to being able to track delivery status.......

   We dealt with Sonia Lawrence when we recently purchased a new property, and transferred equity on an existing property. We found Sonia to be really helpful throughout the process. She took time to explain each step of the various processes and was patient with us from the outset. We were particularly impressed when we needed to go into the office to sign some documents. It was the school holidays and we needed to bring our children with us. Sonia had prepared some fun games and colouring to keep the children occupied while we signed the necessary forms. Sonia was brilliant with the children, which made the visit really special. It really felt as though Sonia was ‘on our side’ throughout the process, making sure our needs were met.
