   Have phoned twice over the last 2 days promised a call back both times my details were taken and no phone call back! So glad I didn’t invest my time and money into this law firm who clearly have zero interest in helping new customers. Defo would never have prioritised my case if they can’t even return a simple phone call. Also no apology was given for them not calling me back the first time complete lack of regard and customer service. Stay well away!

   Very poor service. Initially quoted 2-3 weeks for a simple matter that ended up taking 9 months and going 40% over budget. Recommend going elsewhere.

   A Frustrating and Mismanaged Experience. My time with Higgs and Sons was a disappointing and frustrating experience. The lack of consistent attention to my case was a primary concern. It became clear that my matter was not a priority for the firm, as it felt like other cases were constantly being prioritized over mine. A milestone was needed to change solicitors as traction was not being made to the case. This created a complete lack of continuity, and despite agreeing on a clear path forward with the new solicitor, the strategy was not followed. This breakdown in communication and execution demonstrated a fundamental failure to put my best interests first. The poor management of my case not only added a layer of stress to an already difficult situation but also resulted in additional, unnecessary costs. I would not recommend this firm to anyone seeking dedicated and reliable legal representation.

He answered 2 issues with regard to freehold and Section 20 Notices without hesitation. His advice and direction was simply, clear, concise and thorough and over the phone.    I would give them 0 stars if I could. Worst communication I have ever experienced from a solicitors - and as I have worked in the industry and instructed many solicitors in my time that is saying something. No recognition that their email response time of 14 days is poor (why is it so difficult to at least acknowledge receipt of an email, even if you can't answer it in detail immediately??) No handover of work when someone is away for any period of time. No accountability for mistakes made. There are so many good other options out there, avoid them at all cost!

A friendly, yet professional service. Have used both Sam and Sidrah before elsewhere, and would recommend to anyone looking to sell their house. Everything is made very easy and explained thoroughly. A 5* service at a really competitive price. Spot on as ever. Nice touch to be invited in for coffee and biscuits too when signing off the contracts. Thanks very much.
