As first-time homebuyers, we were incredibly disappointed with the service provided by Waldrons Solicitors. Communication was abysmal - our solicitor was unresponsive, and promises of callbacks were never kept. The delays and lack of updates caused immense stress and frustration. We even discovered that our solicitor hadn't even contacted our lender about a crucial matter, leading to further delays. We wouldn't recommend Waldrons to anyone. If you're looking for a reliable solicitor, look elsewhere!

Apparently profit is more important than proving negligence. Only looking at ONE letter that is only a THIRD of information about event, not even attempting to get the full picture and the facts Waldrens described not in their interest of making money for themselves would not represent nor investigate claim. I would never use these people again and would recommend that you use a more reliable source
