   Our seller is using these solicitors and they are the sole reason for the whole chain (who have already waited 15 months) being held up. They have taken over a week and a half to review a mortgage offer. They are so slow, it is ridiculous. Their communication is shocking and lack of initiative laughable. They don’t seem to understand that a whole chain of people have their life on hold waiting for them to do their jobs. Wouldn’t hire them to organise a p*ss up in a brewery.
