   Terribly disorganised company. Never communicated about anything other than payments and just had an email out the blue threatening me with court over a missed payment I knew nothing about! I also used to pay £240 a month for my lad even though he hardly went I still paid full whack. My daughter was meant to be going here soon but I'm going to look elsewhere. No *Lies in your response. I haven't received any communication regarding payments for a year otherwise I would've paid. I only questioned it as you sent me an email the other day out the blue threatening me with court action rather than just admitting your mistake! Disgusting that you keep blaming me for your lack of communication! You also admitted that the last person was sacked due to this very reason and clearly you've been appointed to clear up historic debt. I've accepted that I owe it and have offered a proposal so not sure why you are saying I'm unwilling to pay.

   This education centre is an amazing place for young people to learn. The teachers are very professionals and are all passionate in what they teach. When you walk into the hub you feel the positive and warm vibes resulting in everyone being calm and happy. It is awesome centre for learning.

   Love this company. The staff are amazing, friendly and very welcoming. I had to remove my son from main stream school due to his difficulties there. His confidence was at an all time low. Journey has started to build it back up. There understanding on sen is out of this world. But most of all he is learning and enjoying it. My daughter also attended the gcse evening class as we needed to get her English grade up. So glad we did. In space of a few months she had done this and walked away with what she needed. Cant recommend it enough x

   I can't recommend Journey Education Group highly enough. We used them previously for our eldest son who needed extra help to secure strong exam results. He achieved 8 A*-C results and is now studying at University, something that I don't think would have been possible without the extra help from Journey. Or younger son is in year 9 and has been having extra online lessons since the beginning of lockdown in 2020. He finds the sessions interesting, challenging and enjoyable, and they have been a massive help in keeping him engaged and on track. The outstanding teachers are fantastic and Journey have been reliable, helpful and supportive throughout our experience with them.

   I love this place. It's such a vital part of the community and a necessity for a place like Doncaster. It helps by giving ALL kids a leg up with learning in all areas, allowing many to achieve more later on in life. The teachers and educators are amazing. Super caring, compassionate, creative and really creates a good learning environment and a love of discovery and learning for the future. can't recommend this place enough!
