They have kept regular contact throughout the process, given clear updates on the situation and been supportive. We started the process in the month of July and completed the contract in August.    If i could give 0 I would. Rung this solicitors twice on two separate occasions and still received the same rude and abrupt service from Leonard Jacobs. Didn't even get past the inquiry stage with him as he constantly interrupted me and at one point even laughed at my question which was very unprofessional from a 'family business' who supposedly offers professionalism and integrity. Would never want this firm to represent me, the competitive negative Google reviews speak volumes.

   I bought my first property at the same time as a colleague. He used the solicitor recommended by his bank and had to call/email them every single day to repeatedly ask them to progress the purchase. I used Leonard Jacobs. When I asked for something to be done, it was done immediately and I never had to request an update because I knew that all updates were being promptly communicated to me. The only time I needed to contact him was to ask questions about parts of the process I didn't understand and my questions were always quickly and clearly answered. Totally hassle and stress-free and I completed 3 weeks before my colleague. Cannot recommend him highly enough!

   I was delighted with the service that Redfern & Co provided when selling my apartment and securing the purchase of my new home. The process was complicated; my flat was purchased as an equity share, was a repossession, the lease document was missing, and my Management Agent at the time had poor customer service and were incredibly unhelpful. In short, it was an exhausting process at a time when we were expecting our first child. I really appreciated the team's ongoing support and clear communications at every stage, which helped to minimise the levels of stress. I wouldn't hesitate to use this company's services again.
