4 of us visited for my partners birthday, we did the finest hour and had Brittany as our host who did a great job. The escape room was challenging with some interesting puzzles and the drinks were lovely. Would highly recommend!
We had a wonderful experience, it was challenging but exiting, and Kevin was a fantastic host. They even had to make last minute changes after the previous group stole some props which we couldn’t then use, but it didn’t detract from the experience. 5 stars would come again!
Was great fun. Kevin and Talia were so helpful and we made it out with 2 seconds to spare!!! Would definitely do it again.
Great puzzles and atmosphere! Had a blast! Holly was a helpful and great host. I do think the lighting needed to be a little brighter in some places, though. Overall, recommended!
Amazing exciting rooms and lovely staff!! This was our second visit at this place and our experience both times were amazing. As someone who visits a lot of escape rooms, these rooms are really detailed with lots of puzzles compared to others. I particularly like that it isn't always in just one room like some companies escape rooms are. Our game master, Robyn was really lovely and welcoming as soon as we entered. Robyn had lots of enthusiasm and really made the escape room immersive, Robyn was really helpful when we asked for clues and made the experience 5/5. Will definitely be visiting again soon! :)
Fantastic experience and great staff! This is the second time we are visiting this place. I have been before with people from work and this time went as a family for a birthday treat. Really enjoyed the experience both times. Very welcoming staff walks you through the process. You can buy your drinks and can take them with you into the rooms. There are multiple rows with different difficulty level. I would recommend checking in advance (there are a few room ranking web sites) and ensure the room fits the level of user experience to avoid frustration. You can get sufficient help to get through most rooms but it is fun to try and resolve as much of the challenges without too many tips. The room maintenance is good. Some odd tricky lock or door may throw a tantrum but that is acceptable considering the endless flow of teams through these rooms. Good fun and recommended way to pass an hour with family/colleagues/friends.
Booked this for myself and 3 friends and we had such an amazing time. The staff were incredibly accommodating and friendly. Our games master Eliza was amazing! A great Christmas outing and will definitely be returning in the new year!
This was my first escape room experience. We played the fourth samurai experience and it was good an experience. We were a group of two the customer service was amazing the chap who served us was very friendly. One minor fault I will point out was when the narrator was talking and explaining the story it was hard to understand what was said due to the music being louder than his/her voice. But I had a good time nonetheless and will be back to complete it. Also an 1hr was to short for a group of 2 people in my opinion
Just left my first ever escape room - Alice In Puzzleland, it was a surprise from my friends and my love for Alice in Wonderland and it did not disappoint! The riddles, the clues, the games - it was very active and quite difficult. Absolutely loved it and will be back again! Gemma was our Game Master and she was so great (because we did have to ask for some clues!!) and she asked us what they could improve on at the end and seemed really interested in our feedback. Highly recommend!!!
